I ripped in too the morini after work today,did pretty good broke the entire motor down in about 2 hours

Where the hell can I get m6x100 cylinder head studs,I need the kind that are threaded on both ends,I've looked online and can't find nothing found m6x107 but that's it and that's in Europe any ideas for any u.s sellers??

should I use all thread 190?,does home depot sell m6 all thread,Partsforscooters sell the m6x100 but they have a fixed head should that still work???I never seen studs like that nor have I used them??

I also bought some serrated nuts,anyone use nylon lock but on cylinder head bolts and do they work

I'd think temp could be an issue with a nylon lock nut. There are lock nuts designed to flex when installed and stay in place that way. I've always just used the serrated flange nuts. My problems have mostly been with gaskets settling and a re-torque after the engine has been ran up to temp and cooled will usually take care of that. I've had some really poor gasket material that kept settling, but to solution there was to stop using that material.

So I found a primary gear kit of 13/42 what should my final drive be,I'm not smart when it comes too finding the ratio out that I should run with my setup,my OEM setup is 11.9:1

I guess 51/10 is secondary ?I found a 14/34 primary from malossi and a 17/40 primary also from malossi I multiplied 5.1x2.42=12.342:1,I think stock is 11.9:1 do I want too bring the number up or down,the 11.9 ratio???

Another question what's the difference between a "4" pole stator and a "6" pole stator this engine came with one but I'm not sure how good of condition its in,I found a "4"pole on Chinesepartsforscooters for the Tgb for $31 shipped?? The one that came on this engine is " 6" pole!!!

Don't downgrade to a 4 pole unless you have no use for lights or electrical accessories. The 6 pole should give you more charging/lighting power. Not sure how they are on Morinis, but the wiring could be different if you swapped as well.
