Just got the CW50 speedometer installed!! Looks slick compared to the stcok one, pics coming the next day or two. I also scored another headlight so I have a low beam again without the use of the "eyeliner" tape. Then, the CW50 block had a crack case half the right (small) side.. The guy I bought the motor from said he would reimburse me for another case half if i found one, LOL and I did so yet another setback on this Jog.. Albeit a minor one, but still. But since I will have the cases open might as well get a stuffer crank.. make my minor setback a positive in the long run. Long story short, more delays more delays more delays  |

Heres the super cool  CW50 zuma speedometer that really compliments the bike and its color scheme.  Heres the fresh "eye liner" free headlight.  And here is my cracked block that I already ordered another case half for, now to decide on a crank.   to be continued... |

The Tusk case splitter is here, the new case half is here, and now its time to pull the trigger on a crank. So it will come down to a Motoforce/ RMS crank or a Doppler endurance. Im leaning towards the Doppler. Any input yall?

I have 2 of the doppler cranks, 1 in the Vino, and 1 in the Eurostrada. I like them just fine.

I have a doppler and while I have only put a couple hundred miles on it the quality looks excellent. Dont know about the other cranks but mind as well do it right. Everything you do to this motor the crank will have to be dependable.

New speedo looks good, I had a good head light I could have swapped you for something. Its no biggie. It save us the hassle of dealing with shipping companies. Plus I pulled the trigger on the Doppler Endurance crank and a CW50 mount so we are well on the way |

Always got good results from the Doppler. Motoforce is well... You can find nearly the same thing on eBay for nearly half the price. And quality is somewhat discutable as I seen some last even when beaten hard on high revving engine, and some start to fail very soon (like on my sr50 build). These little jog are fun machines, you don't need to throw the biggest BBK to have fun with such a light bike.

Thank god you didn't buy the budget 'non-endurance' version. That crank killed my engine, actually the smallend bearing did. They aparently fail quite often. The endurance version on the other hand seems bulletproof and can take 20hp easily!

I cant believe it.. I ordered that crank on feb 27 from a place thats about an hour drive away from me and its still not here!!!  I dont get it... I should have went to scootertuning.ca spi-parts.com is killing me!!.... And yea my bbk is just a little Malossi sport kit, low price+ good quality. |

Yeah same boat bird I ordered from spi parts.com feb 18 and still nothing,Louie answered phone last week and said he would get my part in Tue last week and get it out too me by Friday(last week) he hasn't answered his phones,he has 2 numbers and I've sent multiple email's and nothing,that crazy u are that close and still haven't got yours,I only ordered a polini reed valve how hard is that too ship,poor customer service!!!
