Here is what Wakos does. This was done in 3 seconds and not even properly on the worst area of my Scooter. After that i could add some Armorall protective coat and all should be nice and shining. Update: wipe new looks very interesting if it really is that easy to apply. I doubt though that it will last for years. But even then, wow to the results. I hate armor all with a passion. It contains petroleum distillates and will end up making it worse over time. I like anything that contains silicone. It's a bit greasy feeling but if you wipe it off, it lasts and doesn't degrade the plastics. EDIT: Haha, I just read the back of the the bottle and notice it contains petroleum distillates. Fark Whatevers, it works wonders

I thought Armorall used silicone? I may be wrong but, that is what I always thought. Bill Ahha, I was correct: link(PDMS is silicone.) "Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) belongs to a group of polymeric organosilicon compounds that are commonly referred to as silicones."

Haha, I'm obviously wrong. I can't remember who told me that garbage (shifting blame) and I've just went with the story for years. I would have sworn by those previous statements too.

Well, I thought I remembered right, but I was not sure until I looked it up. I would not suggest using it on your seat as I did when I got my used scoot. It made the seat look great but, I had a lot of trouble staying on the damn thing, ha ha. I am serious, it was very, very slippery.
We all have been lied to at one time or another, ha ha.

Hell, even on the floor boards isn't necessarily a good idea.

I don't know the contents of the Wipe New but you have to wear rubber gloves to apply it.

It really lasts a long time. As I said before,I put it on my faded shutters a year ago and they still look great. I may try it on my next project.

I found this video here about wipe new. youtu.be/B6HY4s0q5ZUMy biggest worry is that i buy many different products to try and finally end up spending more then i wanted to so i might as well go with the expensive Wakos solution unless one of you guys is going to get wipe new in the next 2 days and tries it on a bad shaped Scooter.

Seems like the wipe new is some pretty good stuff. Expensive, but if your scoot sits outside a lot then maybe it's worth it? Probably

Well it is half the price (incl. Shipping) compare to the Japanese Wakos Super Hard Wax so i might order that once and see how that goes. I just saw another video where a guy polishes everything on a 4Runner and i looks amazing.
It might smell strong and you might need gloves but the result seems to be worth it.
