Yes,you can use high temp barbeque paint or Rustoleum high temp engine paint. Trust me on the tank. You really have to make sure it is clean because you don't want to have to do this again in a few days or weeks because you have junk in your jets.If your fuel valve has 2 lines going to it, the bottom line is a vacuum line which opens the valve when suction is applied. Unhook both lines from the carb or intake area and suck on the vaccuum line. You should see fuel flowing from the other hose.

Hey guys.. I f*cked up 2day and stripped out one of the enricher screws, and now I cant get it off. I just ordered this SpeedOut Screw Remover set to get it off, but I was wondering if anyone knew the size of the screw and where to get another one to replace it once I get it off. Its unreal how low quality these screws on the bike are, I didnt even have to press hard to strip them out! Very easy job to get the carb off though, well i mean other than my issue right now, it was quite simple and anyone with a brain can do it. That video helped a lot, thank you for that. 1.) Size Of Screw that holds the Enricher in place? 2.) Best way to remove a stripped screw? BTW I never did get the carb off due to not knowing how to exactly get the other end of the Enricher off and I have no idea how much of a job it will be so I figured id just wait to get the screw off but if anyone knows anything about this let me know. Thanks Also, I never removed the gas and im not going to, I dont think anything is wrong with it. Im just gonna clamp the hose on the carb before I remove it for cleaning. And when im all done ill ad the sea foam and run it through the lines by taking it for a ride. Should be fine im thinking...

You can probably just use needle nose pliers to remove that screw. Get a good grip on it and give it a turn. If not, there's bolt extractor kits at harbor freight for like $8.

I switched out the old battery today for the new one, and problem solved. Electric Start works fine. I can now work on upgrading this scooter as planned

Hey guys, Ive been working on my scoot for two days now, charging and recharging the battery and adjusting the idle and the idle mixture screw and I cannot get this scooter idling longer than 5 seconds and just bogs out unless I keep giving it gas otherwise again it just shuts down. Im not sure what the problem is, new carb, new battery, electric start works fine and now this again hahaha oh wow, what a nightmare, help!?

Have you checked the valve clearance?

Sorry im not sure what you mean by that.. If you mean the two main hoses that connect to the carb, yes they are connected properly as far as I can tell. Scratch that, I now know what you mean lol no i didnt adjust the valves, I do not think that is the problem here.

90GTVert says If the gaps get tight it will cause a lack of compression and starting difficulties. (On YouTube)
Understandable, but this scooter is brand new and rode it just twice and ran fine, I dont see it tighting up on its own, do you?
When I first got it, it idled fine but I let it sit for awhile and I think I may of gummed up the carb by leaving gas in the tank, because it didnt want to start up so I switched the carb and it started right up, it just does not want to idle longer than about 5 seconds without me giving it gas. Im stumped!

I gotta tell yas, I thought it was fine because I just started it up yesterday and revd the engine a few times and shut it down (I was just happy to see it start and happy the electric start was working) but when I decided to take it for a ride last night I noticed I had to keep giving it gas to get it back home.. Geez this scooter is something lol

I dont think it is at all, it was too high at first. I looked over 90GTvert video and noticed it needed to be set at 1/8 inch and I did that.. ugh I think it is, I keep trying and I keep draining the battery and I gotta keep recharging it to try, and try, and try again. Im starting to think maybe its something else. Fresh fuel Yes with Fresh Sea Foam.
