I have racked up a lot of miles mixing at 45:1 with the Quicksilver Walmart oil... (I add 3 0z. to each gallon of fuel.) I'll check it out next time I'm there!! I'll have to come up and see ya soon! Go for a ride together before it gets too cold, haha

Gonna start breaking into the electrical connections to the headlights and battery connections, starter connections and the electric start button, sand that down and all grounds! This should be fun!! I hate electrical issues Also I have a question, I am not running any front brakes right now, and I bought both left and right brake and instrument things but the front brake lever is setup for drum, not hydraulic which is what I have, can I throw the rear brake line in on the right side if I have slack and what do I do with the front brakes? Just remove the line or the whole caliper and all?

I ended up removing everything that involved front brakes for now! I need to find new front brake caliper. I also went over everything electrical, everything was plugged in properly, except for the voltage regulator. I followed Brent's guide to re-wiring it and it ended up not holding up very well so I re-wired it again and seems put together pretty well this time. Next is charging my battery, Advance trickle charged it over after testing the battery, condition is good and voltage was 12.36. I go yesterday mornin to pick it up, have them re-test it and the battery read 12.15..... How can it lose voltage after charging all night? Should I go ahead and just buy a new battery or should I charge this one again and see if it gets any better??

So I have my cart ready to order from PartsForScooters.com, all I need to do is measure my kick start shaft and then I won't have to worry about my electric start problem. I do plan on removing engine before the end of the month and swapping out starters and then worry about a new battery if I can't get mine to charge.
