I am running the evo2 now, arghh. Take off is fine, there isnt any adjustment left i am on the weakest springs just put it on with no compression on sprigs. Fkit if i can get to 70mph im good The Evo2 would probably be fine for most anything else but my scoot is huge and heavy and plus I'm 260. Nice comfy ride but I've noticed it hooks up good when I take the bell off and scuff it along with the clutch pads but only lasts for a weeks and it's back to slipping again. I remember when 2strokd was still here regularly he mentioned a real good bell by Hoca that is actually knurled on the inside and that's what he uses on skeetr (I think). I never have been able to locate that bell.... Well...im 155# and on a jog! So there is abit if difference. I do ride with my 100# kid and it still hooks up pretty good. I am just in seek if mre top speed as all else is good.

I have one of these bells, they are alright but are hard on the clutch pads. www.ebay.com/itm/YAMAHA-BWS-ZUMA-AEROX-Booster-Nitro-RS-Z-CUXI-50-100-Lighten-Clutch-Bell-Bowl-/171177289369

I never have been able to locate that bell.... I've got/had one or two of the Hoca bells like Robert was using and they work well for me also. AFAIK it only comes as part of a whole rear pulley assembly. www.partsforscooters.com/169-126_Minarelli_Clutch_set

You can adjust some weights to make the clutch hook up harder or softer, I had some squealing from my pads hooking up too slowly on my Stage6 cnc bell. I adjusted the weights and no more squealing. Check back on my thread, I posted about it the Delta with pictures.

I got the pink contra spring installed was still running 36 gram total.ran 55mph same as with the other contra spring just revved really high didnt move well. Uped the rollers to 42g and is defiantly better than with other the lighter rollers. Havent got to take it to run it wide open yet so hopefully will have some improvement. It hooks up great, nail it and you could be on your ass which was never an issue, just need higher top speed!!

I think I,m at 42.5g right now and It runs well. Yes, you dropped from 45 to 42 you said. I got to run it today and it "felt"like it would not shift. I am wondering what curve you are using on the torque driver. It almost seems like it wont pull the driver all the open, maybe because the groves i am using on the torque driver. Maybe i need to move them to the other grooves? Or go up a few more grams. Or both..it will hit 55 quick but i was at 10500 rpm today, suprised me. How could i be there with 8:1 gears and only do 55??? Making me crazy!! I know its capable of more as i did 64 with a hoca cvt and stock torque driver

Try the longer belt too. I went to an 820 for me to get full travel.
