 i have this delta clutch on my piaggio came from previous owner . is mine adjustable like thay aswell? with weights and varying amounts of preload? |

So I deformed the box with hot water. I microwaved 4 cups of water till boiling. I then poured it on the spot I needed to deform, then pushed on it with the handle of a screw driver to deform it. It fits “ok” now. The coupler could be pushed on to the carb 1 or 2 more millimeters, but hopefully it should hold. We’ll see...  |

No, mine is the delta clutch You're right my bed that was a malossi fly i now know. Have you ever seen the koso Delta clutch? Works really good I'm sure it's a lot cheaper and forcing they can't find any more of them cept for this morning have 
What have you noticed if any effect you get from either adding more pre load or more or less weight on the shoes |

What have you noticed if any effect you get from either adding more pre load or more or less weight on the shoes The weights adjust the rpm hook up by a few hundred rpm’s and how hard or soft they hook up. I was getting some clutch squeal with my stage6 clutch bell until I adjusts the bottom weights outward causing shoes to grab harder/quicker eliminating the squeal. |

Went to reassemble transmission, and I spun the threads on my main gear with my impact gun.😢
