My honda metropolitan stem is a lot narrower than a kx85. The part of the hub that held the bearing seal was hitting my forks, when centered on the bike. So, I had to grind down than part of the hub to make clearance.

Now that I got that grinded, every thing spun freely. The rotor bolts missed the shock by a cunt hair.

With the wheel laced up, the caliper hit the spokes hard.

Solution: break out the grinder. Grinded the caliper to clear the spokes.

Grinded the outside of the caliper to pull it outward

Now the rotor rubs on the inside of the break pad support

so… grinded the inside of the caliper break pad support to make clearance for the rotor.
