I used to have a 1973 Schwinn LeTour which I could lift with my little finger. Last I knew my son has it.

Then off you go zooming about FrankenMech😱. FedEx drop my new battery off tomorrow a 10ah instead of a 4ah. I then take the old one to Halfords store for them to replace the 4ah one, it will be nice to have a spare for the extra mileage.  |

Don't drop the batteries anymore.
By the time my electric trike is done the batteries will be dead and I will need new ones.

22LR is a really fun to shoot pistol platform, my future son in law has one of those Mark IV. I went with the Taurus TX22 it is a blast. At least in my local, the anal probe and 11 month wait for a can was worth it. Sounds like an air rifle with the can on it and everyone who shoots it loves it. |

The US seems to be much more friendly about firearms that most of the world. I used to hear whispers about people making 'cans' in the US but then a few years ago the courts said they were legal but 'regulated' to the hilt like a full auto rifle. Now everybody seems to be making them. We also have a lot of idiots running around and shooting people instead of paper targets etc. It is a madhouse. People also run around shooting people in other countries but it just does not make the news for months and months quite like it does in the US. In KC we still have news bits every day or so about the idiotic shootings after the Chiefs parade, some of the bits get picked up by the national news and keep getting repeated for weeks.
As far as the 'can' I am still thinking about it. I may have to go into business producing the damn things, -I have the equipment. It just sounds like a regulatory nightmare. That extra tax makes them so expensive to make, no wonder they cost so much......
To my old ears a 22 does not sound a whole lot different than a nail gun.
