Just placed the following order at treatland.tv
- dellorto throttle short 90 degree cable bendy adjuster - dellorto throttle 90 degree cable bendy adjuster - throttle cable 90 degree bendgy guide with long adjuster - Dellorto PHBG carburetor idle jets - 38 - Dellorto PHBG carburetor idle jets - 40
3 different kind of benders just to be sure. They are a bit busy right now and it might take a while until I get the items but that's OK shipping was cheaper then anywhere else. Too bad they didn't had the Skeleton Type Float Bowl at stock. Maybe next time...

More questions; I was tuning my CVT today and realized that there is a hose that goes from the carb into the side of the airbox. 1.) What is that hose for? 2.) If I connect the 19mm Dellorto I don't need that right? 3.) Do I have to close the hole on the air box if I remove that hose?

Never saw one of those hoses before. You can figure a way to get it out of the system with the new carburetor. You can just leave the hose if you want and try blocking the end that isn't visible in the photo and this way the air box is still in original condition if you decide to switch everything back at some point. Just a thought.

Another vote for "never seen one before", but where is it attached to the carb? That may tell you more about what it does. Maybe they tied the float bowl vents to the airbox in an effort to reduce evaporative emissions?

Wow, 4 "never seen"! That is rare. Both my Jogs have that hose and looking at other Jogs that are similar in age have also that hose. It could be as Brent said some sort of emission thing or some kind of atmospheric vent? Air goes out and back into the airbox? Here an image of the airbox. No. 20 is on the other side (inner of the airbox). No clue what that is. and here my carb image. That hose that you can see is the one that goes to the airbox. I don't really mind if we cannot find out what that is I only wanted to know if I have to close/plug that tiny, tiny hole when removing the hose from the airbox or can I keep it open and adjust the MJ accordingly?

I'd put a vacuum cap over the open port on the airbox. That way you don't let any unfiltered air in.
Looks different than my clone carbs, but I'd still guess it's a float bowl vent aimed at lower hydrocarbon emissions.

Does the PHBG 19mm and 21mm have the exact same dimensions? Anyone knows that?

Yes, more or less they fit in the same mounts and use the same screw on adapters for air filters.

Even the intake part is same? I thougt I read somewhere that the 19mm has a 23mm intake and the 21mm has a 25mm. Is that true? Does anyone has both of them laying around to do a quick measurement?

Just the inner diameters are different.

Lets just go with: i could squeeze my carb in a Stage6 intake for a 19mm with little effort and no harm done
