Just to start off 2002 Alpha Sports Kaliber LS 1119 on clock Disk Front Brakes/Drum In The Rear
I'm going to be posting here alot, as I'm new to the hands on scooter world/tuning. My first question is I have what's looks to be a 4 way fuel valve but I assume this is a 2stroke engine. Is that possible? Also how do I hook this all back up?

The picture is so small that it's hard to see what you're talking about.

That 4 way valve is your vacuum operated petcock and for the life of me can't remember what is what, but have come across them a few times and had to fiddle around with them to figure it out by trial and error. Hopefully you'll get lucky and someone else knows them and will point them out.
The valve is vacuum operated and it will work on either a 2 or 4 stroke motor.

Ya I can't remember exactly what goes where on those but almost positive the vac line goes to the "L" nipple on the side, and the others are fuel in, fuel out.

Take pictures of the motor (both sides) and pipe so that we can tell you what it is.

Yeaaa, this is what I found out. It's made by Aeon Motors in Taiwan. At some point Alphasports imported them and 1 other company. My scoot is 2002 but I see other pics and info where it says it's 2008. It's very confusing. They came in 4 colors. They came in a 50cc version and 100cc. Honestly that's all I need to know. They use the Yamaha jog type engine. The fun begins today. Gonna remove the seat bucket and hook up the fuel valve , check gas and oil and spark and see what happens.

If it's a Yamaha based engine the numbers should be on top of the rear section by the rear wheel.
