Here are a couple videos where the vibration happens. Its may be hard to tell when it happens in the video, but when you are riding it you tell pretty easily.

It couldn't possibly be the belt, could it?

It couldn't possibly be the belt, could it? Yeah, now that you mention it. Probably warped from sitting so long, flat spotted like old tires can get? Maybe the more I ride it the better it will get

The belt is the only thing that got my attention while watching the video.

Other thoughts for me are contra spring stiffness or irregularities in a ramp or groove in a particular area.

When you rode it, was the cvt cover on it or off ? The primary shaft should be supported by the CVT cover(bearing in CVT cover) Not sure if that would be the source of the vibration if the cover was off. If it was on, my guess would be the belt. Front and rear pulleys looked good.

No fears, I had the cover on. This is something I have noticed since day 1, but it is not near as bad now as it was at first. I think 90GTVert may be right, as I did not go through the rear pulley and clutch because of the low mileage. I should check it also.

Af1 says 6-8 weeks but everything that I have ordered from them has been more like 4 weeks.I think they cover their a** in case things get held up with customs.

So it looks like my buddy gets a Derbi upgrade. I will likely sell the Vino at some point and use the money for a cylinder and pipe for the Derbi. I am open to suggestions on which cylinder and pipe I should buy. I am looking for something to make it do 60mph with HIM on it and he weighs around 140lbs. It is not a daily driver, but he is kinda rough on stuff so durability has to be considered. I would like to keep it under $450 if possible.

For 60 with stock gearing you ned to turn 10,500 or so. That needs to be considered.
That means durations of 190/132 approx. or maybe slightly higher IMO and a pipe that will work with that.

Thanks, he is pretty light so I guess a gearing change may be in order. I need to keep the rpm's under 10K with him. LoL!
