as for parts it will start with a polini corsa kit at least after i saw the port maps it looks more like a corsa then the sport (i got it used with a bunch of lc parts) i did widen the exhaust port
arreche 19mm carb with autochoke
cf reeds
leo vince zx pipe (again the oem crank has over 10000 miles i know this will hold it back but i want to get a few thousand more out of the oe crank im trying to hit 20000 before i split the case)
stage 6 varatior
after i get it up and make sure its running right i will throw in a set of 15/50 athena gears that should get me to almost 11.00 so just right for a sport type build

Sweet! Giving me inspiration for my own L/C conversion! its been a lot of on and off work over a year between it and customer scoots and killing the crank in my stella I know how that is. It's looking good though, really. I'm gonna throw mine together in as little time as possible. Heading back to the junk yard tomorrow for some hoses and a water pump, and then building a bracket for the radiator to mount to. After that, I get to throw it all together and attempt to get some people to sponsor me so I can get enough cash for the parts I want.

yeah when i do the crank i want to go with the tp duo with modular head
i had boxes of parts but seems like every time i turn around something wasnt right with the parts i bought
for example even after triming an 1/8th off the water pump the nub bolts still werent meshing good enough for me to be happy so i ended up getting some m6 allen head bolts washers and nuts and makeing my own custom length ones

If you wouldn't have had to take breaks from the project, how long do you think it would have taken you?

Thanks for posting this. Definitely interesting and inspiring to those of use that haven't made it to the world of liquid cooling just yet.

no i know a couple of you have seen my stuff on other sites so as i get some time to go thru the pics and threads ill post some of it up here
its just takeing longer then i wanted do to other projects and then when you think you have everything you find you need something diffrent
i bought a few lots of used parts and the lot that the kit came in had a temp guage so no big deal i didnt think about it
go to put it on the sender is way too big to even think about fitting in the hole so cant even adapt it
so what do i have to do order a trail tech tto m6 threaded gauge
when i get around to naked bars then ill need a vapor or some other digital dash

That's why we call 'em projects. If it was easy, they'd be called done. ;D
