I agree, it sounds like it could be rich in spots. Regardless, it's good to hear it fired up again after being down for a while. Congrats on getting the liquid cooled conversion done and running! I think the hard part now is gonna be resisting temptation to immediately burn up the credit card with the kind of parts that liquid cooling can support.

If you find a place to order that weather, let us know! They'll be an overnight success once the scooter and motorcycle community is aware. ;D

thanks i bet if i found some screen or something like that to put over the vents if some one saw them they wouldnt even realize they werent stock i liked the way you did yours so thats what i was kind of aiming for i would think it should vent almost as good as the ones you have on the front side

Those foam vent plugs would be cool, look kinda stock, but I've only seen 'em in round.

Good thinking. Wonder if you could use some large grommets on the front holes at least. Make the edges look smooth. I know some round grommets will flex pretty easily to fit oddly shaped areas. Had to do that with some odd wiring through my firewall before.

Looks nice! Good work! Ive seen some cut holes in the rear of the case on your style mina. because the cover is thinner and the case wider or thicker (better idea IMO) and the rear pulley is all the way in the case on yours. For sure what you did will help! Im not sure i could cut holes in mine?

well im waiting for my battery and my jets so i can take a test run
but for shits and giggles i hooked up the little tach i use to set idle and keep an eye on my lawn equipment
i never thought to use it on the scoot as it only goes to 9999 rpm
well i found out that when you hit 9999 it starts all over again
so on the bench i was able to rev it around to 13000 before i decided to let off the throttle
so looks like i will have to play gently with my right hand when im out scooting
