ok looks like the adly 90cc atv engine uses the same belt and the same trans cover gasket so when i get my crank and bore if the machine totals is going to be more then 250 buck i will be better off buying brand new adly cases

well i got my intake today and it looks like with a plate that uses flush mount allen screws it will work well that is till i went to put my injecter in the bung the bung is larger then my injecter but i have a bung that came with the injecter so i will have to drill out the existing bung so it slides in nice and tight then have it welded (i dont have the right gas to weld al or the right wire and by the time i get it all im sure it would be cheaper to have it done) and if i go this route i might have the intake welded to the adapter plate i just have to make sure i can get bolts thru to the block when i pick my clocking

Nothing can ever be easy, but at least it's another step ahead.

ok i have a goodie on the way a 43 mm stroke athena crank i know i was going for budget and this is a budget part it was given to some one on another forum and he didnt want to spend the cash to buy the matching athena kit and it has just been sitting so he is shipping it off to me so it can get used and abused now he was thinking that the case may not need to be bored out for this crank and if so it will save me on the machine work but i wont know till i have this little beast in my hands and if this is of the same quailty as the crank in the hyper race kit then the crank should be good for 15,000 rpm i thought the stock stroke on the 90s was 42mm so if i get a 53mm bore ill have 95cc if its a 54mm bore it willl be 98cc

Very nice.
Stock 90 is usually 42mm. Most of the high end stuff (2FAST, Stage6 R/T...) are for 44mm.

You'll likely still need to cut the crankcase with that crank and for sure the cut cyl flange to allow a 53-54 jug to drop in.. Nice crank!! :thumb:

Nice! Agreed! Also, do some "flow path" cutting if ya can? Of course im sure you have been thinking about that for some time im sure... Cant beat bang for buck HP and torque! Sure you can make a 68-80cc rip and make HP up top, but these stroker,s make serious ToRqUe right off idle.

well the crank was shipped out yesterday and today or monday my oil pump will be sent out
so all i have left to get is my bore
and i should have a toasted stator on the way as soon as a friend replaces the bad one in his zuma
so i will send that one in to r&m stator to have them rewind it and get some more juice for my efi
