"He shoots, He SCORES!!" Lol. I've had my eye on this scoot for quite some time and can't even believe that it was still available! A couple months ago this scoot came up for sale at $380 firm and I wanted it at that price. After a few emails back and forth, the husband was never available when I was and it's quite a long drive away so the idea just kinda faded when I got a different flip scoot. Then, a few weeks later I got an email from the sellers saying that I showed the most interest in it and could now have it for $300 if I still wanted it. Of course we were just about to take a family trip so I didn't have the $$ to spend and it disappeared from CL. Doh! Now for the last week or so I've been scouring CL for a flip scoot and Boom there it was again. Now at the rock bottom price of $200! I called right away and made the 3 1/2 hour round trip tonight and finally got my Buck Ten Rattler- and at a steal. Sweet! Here's the CL ad. ...and a few pics of it in my garage... The seat is tore up pretty bad. I found a replacement cover but they're like 80 bux so I'll probably just give it my $5 Walmart vinyl special... These things come pretty pimped out stock! Nice naked handlebars w/digital display... Sweet wavy rotor and dual caliper! Hmmm... Cherry Pick?? I really dig these levers! Pimp rear shock (fer stock anyway)... Holy Huge storage Batman! That'll fit a full helmet for sure! The seller mentioned that it needed a battery and he can get it kickstarted and running sometimes but fuel comes out the air cleaner. I told him no worries- I'll straighten that all out and get her running again and handed over the 200 bux cash.

One hundred ten. Are you sure you don't want to keep this one? Atleast a motor swap with the adly...

One hundred ten. Are you sure you don't want to keep this one? Atleast a motor swap with the adly... The Rattler feels good when I sit on it- real good! and all those little goodies on it too... But I'm still partial to the size and comfort of my Roketa scoot. I have a feeling it'll still leave this Rattler in it's dust . Besides, the wifey dun already shot down the idea of me keeping this and selling mine when she asked "would yours sell for the same amount?" My reply: "Probably not." Shut Down. lol I'd rather rebuild my Adly than deal with all the little nuisances of these slightly oddball Rattler engines...

Awesome score! I looked a while back and couldn't even find an engine alone for double what you paid for the whole scoot so I could see one first hand.

None Larball. I didn't put one in there. Certainly one of the larger underseat storage areas I've seen yet!

Awesome score! I looked a while back and couldn't even find an engine alone for double what you paid for the whole scoot so I could see one first hand. Thanks Brent! I might end up dropping the engine out of it so we can get a decent look at it. Let me know if there's anything in particular y'all would like to see/get some info on. I've seen the 49cc Genuines going for around 1k in this area so I think that's the sale price I'm gonna shoot for. It seems to take a little longer to sell the more expensive scoots but that's ok. I'll probably start it at around $1200 and if I still have it weeks later drop the price to $900 or so bottom dollar...

Is it possible to put a regular minarelli in there and hold onto the 110 for a rainy day?

Is it possible to put a regular minarelli in there and hold onto the 110 for a rainy day? I've thought about this. Actually, I've thought about it on a few builds! I wouldn't feel right slapping a 49cc engine in there since this technically requires a motorcycle endorsement to ride legally and I don't have any spare 90's... Doesn't feel right to ask for the premium "Genuine price" without actual Genuine parts- although I do typically sell these scoots way cheaper than most... I've looked for 90cc 2t quads and thought that I wouldn't mind swapping a 49cc (or kitted as a 70 or whatever) engine in and re-selling but those aren't road vehicles that require any special license. So, I'll take a good look at this one and send it off into the sunset. Although from a little bit of research I've done it seems that BWS100/Grand Axis cylinders can be used here (the Rattler crank has a longer stroke than BWS100) with a little spacing? Hmm... If that's the case (and I'll take measurements) then it sure would be a nice one to squirrel away for a build! Everything else I've read says this engine absolutely rips, the mina 100 pipes will work with the flange turned 180 90 degrees, BWS100 cylinders fit if spaced for a 'stroker' configuration with the Rattler crank, the weird intake that is stuck smack dab under the mounting tube is a real bottleneck and a pita to make something better work, the Prima pipes (manufactured by PGO themselves) that are pushed for these suck, and it's possible to get to 132cc with some of the aftermarket BWS100 stuff! Dangit Ryan- now I'm really second-guessing myself here haha.

Doesn't look like much all stripped down! The 'subject' is on the operating table... Here's that intake smack dab under the mounting tube that folks complain about on these... I did throw a good battery in it last night and all the electronics work and the digital screen lights up all purty and blue so that's cool. The first thing I noticed before trying to fire it up was the throttle slide stuck all the way open! Even after fixing that the carb does puke out tons of fuel but it did fire and run. Didn't idle or anything, but it ran! The pair stuff is all jacked up so the exhaust basically has a huge leak- no worries got a garbage can waiting for those parts ;P I didn't even notice until looking at these pics, but looks like the carb flange is missing a bolt. It's got some other issues that need ironing out, but don't they all?!
