Welcome back to Michigan! What area do you live in? I live in the Thumb. Love the 12" stretch! Nice job. Nothing like riding something that says "Don't @@@@ with ME!" Thanks. I live in Flint. Born and raised. Charlotte was cool but I missed my hood rat friends. Everything I drive/ride looks mean. I don't do it on purpose. My creative flow just... flows angrily?

No-one will ever notice that block off plate. What would have been easy is to cut an aluminum can (pop or beer), mount between that plate and the port. There isn't that much pressure so the aluminum will hold up. so i tried that, didnt work. When the can started tearing at the hole, sounded like i had a valve chatter. Finally blew through and just got noisy. I want to weld that lil hole shut myself too rather than have a big bolt rammed down the top of the outlet

And it looks like a store bought part when finished.

I bought one from Enviromoto for $7. When I did the 47mm BBK install on my Dongfang, I installed a 47mm non-EGR head and non-EGR valve cover (both from Parts For Scooters) and did away with the PAIR system altogether.

fts902, Don't drink the water in Flint (worse than Mexico)! I'm sure you heard that all over the news.

I guess he may have actually shut down now.

Just went through your thread, what an awesome build. Love the theme of MurderScoot. Can't wait to see it with that 150cc mounted. That stretch is gonna look BEEFY.

Thanks dotdash. Stripping down the bike to get ready for the 150 New headlight installed. Wiring will come later. I have almost everything I need to start working on the engine mount. In the meantime, Id like to grind off most tabs I wont be using. Stock gas tank and seat/bucket will not be going back on the bike. Handlebar stem adapter and 7/8 drag bars are in the mail.

1” holes punched to fit 1” tube. 2 brackets per side. Tabs to hold the swing arm bolt are next.

Very nice build you got going on. Is that a 12x8 rear wheel? Have you considered the Avon Viper Stryke 140/70-12 for the rear tire stretch? It stretches a lil easier Than the Michelin. Where did you get that exhaust header and muffler?

Here's a link to the muffler and pipe from ebay. I will definitely take a look at that tire. Thank you.
