Lol i love the waiting game. Takes days/weeks to get the parts, and mere seconds to have it put together. Then a couple test rides and hours of aggravated tuning cuz you just wanna ride with those new parts already! And then you order more parts...

I stand corrected. Thanks for the link to the pictures, I knew of that kit but I dont think I ever saw pictures of it until now. Looks to be a decent kit, to bad autotech does not list them anymore.

I have seen that reasonably priced cylinder, but I am not interested in LC for the minarelli, yet.

Now that is a contender! Looks like the one autotech was selling at one time.

Well, my 52mm feebay head showed up and of course they pulled the bait and switch. They pictured a squish band head with an o-ring groove for seal and they sent me this krap. I should have known not to buy 2T parts from a seller whose name has GY6 in it! I actually went with the other offering on feebay from "offbrand" something $25 dollars shot to hell! I sent an email through feebay to the seller simply stating "either send me a head like you show in the picture, or refund my money ASAP. If you ask me that is just a 47mm head that they machined just a bit to make it 52mm.

The reply from the feebay seller:
"After checking our inventory we see what you are referring to. Our apologies for the error in the listing. We will refund you since the style you received is the only style we have. If you are unable to use the item we sent, please discard it."
Easy enough right? I will post when the refund comes through.
I still dont have a 52mm head, have not been able to find one anywhere so far.

Find a decent 47/48mm head and I'll cut the chamber you want...

yes it has one oval exhaust port,it is a airsal sport cylinder,in europe it is around 130usd. That picture traces back to Racing Planet and is a 117.2cc 56mm x 47.6mm kit made for the BWS 100 which is similar but not compatible with our 90cc minarelli. And sadly the BWS 100 is pretty rare in the US. It sure would be nice if it were just that easy. I dont think there is an aluminum kit for our "90cc blocks" that is above 50mm. Because I believe the cylinder skirt would be too thin to go any bigger. The cylinder skirts on the cheap 54mm cast iron kits that we can get are very thin, I dont think an aluminium cylinder skirt that thin would work out. Once again, it would be nice if someone made a affordable decent quality AC cylinder kit for our motors. A 50mm-52mm aluminium kit or a 54mm cast iron kit, matched to a decent affordable 43mm - 48mm crank of course. Edit: just found a 45mm stroke crank that fits the bill. Airsal crankshaft I'm running a Taida 54mm aluminum/nicasil bore mated to a YMS v8 sectional bws100 model on my jog90 block. I bought it at a shop on Oahu, Hawaii called Motosorce. They specialized in minarelli mopeds and scooters.
