Can't say I'd ever think to try that combination, but it does look pretty good.

Hot sausage & beef chil... again. It turned out very good though. Topping it off with sour cream, shredded cheddar, and/or thinly sliced green onions.

Not food, but fixed up where magic happens. The ol' stove pans just wouldn't shine to my liking anymore, so out comes elbow grease and rattle canned VHT paint I've been using for the scoot. Baked 'em in the oven at 200F after fully dried, and installed today. Nice! Now to see how they hold up to food crud and scratching.

Strawberry cake with Cream Cheese frosting. Cake from a box, frosting from a can. Wife and kids cooked it, I decorated it.

After digging up the panini press and cleaning it up, I made a nice grilled sandywich from the last of the leftovers from Sunday. Spiral sliced ham, homemade macaroni & cheese on sourdough bread.

The sourdough bread is the secret component, it really bumps it up to the next level. You are dead nuts on with the date of 2004, we used it a lot for a while, and its been buried in the pantry ever since. I am gonna give it a good workout again. I wish I had some more spiral sliced ham and homemade macaroni & cheese to make another one!
