Homemade pork Tasso. Smoked with pecan wood. Turkey ready for the smoker this morning. Was that from today? Looks great! Tasso was Wednesday. Turkey came out amazing as usual, but no pics before it was devoured.

Next week I'm gonna get down with this new cookbook. Hopefully something good will come out of it. On first glance my thought is that "Nancy" is not a very Japanese name.

Double-Barrel Shotgun 3-Meat All-Veggie Chilli. Time to "head inside season," chilli style. Last batch was gone in like three days. Broke out the ol' 10-gallon brew pot for this one, ooouuuu if only we had the technology to teleport smells ! Time lapse photo sequence below... the first few are with the point-n-shoot cuz my camera phone died, but the selfie lens still works, those are the later ones. Self-consciousness ensured my belly did not stick out, that was tricky oh boy! All the cooking goodness up until it was put on simmmmmerrrrrr: Cleaned not chopped: Half-chopped: Double Barrel: Softening selfie (uhhh): Spices: Simmer time: If so ambitious perhaps I'l post a pic of the finished product, no promises. There might be some sloppy beans on my belly, uhh, hehe?

<-- not exactly a pun, show us what chu got :-) I'll make some Korean BBQ tomorrow. It's takes a long time to make the sauces, there are 5 of them. But once you got them in your fridge you can cook anything quickly.
