What about an old school round slide Mikuni or Keihin? They are cheap as chips and work quite well, thats all we had back in the day and were happy with them... PS,Here is a little trick item that makes them flow better, could possibly be made at a home machine shop.. thunderproducts.com/product/u-f-o-ultimate-flow-optimizer/

I bought the PHSH, because it was in stock I like the fact I can play with the emulsion tubes on the idle circuit and it can use all my current 5mm and 6mm jets.

I could have bought the Polini version of the PHSH, it's only 300 dollars more for the same carb!
There were some other Dell's that were 1k... I forget the part number... but i'm honestly broke. I'm trying to save for a house but I can't say no to scooters.

I kept saying PHSH, but it's just because i'm dumb. Its a VHSH and it's here and it brought extra rowdy. It is incredibly crisp now, and it does the most glorious instant burnouts. I need to make my clutch engage about 500rpm higher, but other than that it's almost time for plates and test rides.

How fast you think this thing can go? Around 150-160mph right? This ain't no plain 90mph corsa build!
Its the first time i see someone use that carb on something else than a tm engine. Way to go, these are some real grown up parts!

160MPH holy deathwish.
Realistically it's probably gear limited to around 140-150ish KPH... if it will pull that is another question. And I am unsure if I have the balls to pilot this 10" wheeled machine that fast.
Its a beauty of a carb.. and cheaper than a Keihin... and more tuneable... I like it so far. IF I like it in the future when I upgrade the intake for bigger carbs I will get the bigger brother to it.

The fact it tries to lob the front wheel with the speedo buried (60kph) or off the line, it doesn't care. And also how hard it is to try and feather the throttle to not just always be accelerating quickly.
It doesn't help I have pretty low gearing. Should install my Malossi gears I guess.

I feel like mines a really fast automatic dirt bike / scooter Haha! There's truly no way to explain how fast these little hyper race bikes are. Impressive to say the least.

Right on! Exactly how a nice n healthy 2T should sound! Just like a lil' dirtbike! And yeah, you def need to move that needle clip up a few notches. Idles very nice though!

Looking and sounding nice. Dont know if it’s the video or not. But your tach seemed a little iffy. You semi gunned it a couple times and it was only registering 6500rpm’s. What’s your max rpm?

Yeah something is wonky with the tachometer. It may be a programming setting.
I ordered some idle circuit secondary jets. They should be here today. I played with the needle a bit but didn't really see any change. I have the fattest needle in there now.
