PL30509. W/ TOTALRUCKUS site gone so went all the info. You basically want to shave down the nipple on the drive face so the halves ride closer together. Draw sharpie marks on your variator to see how high the belt is riding. I found this, i may help. Don't cut the boss. battlescooter.proboards.com/thread/5591/cutting-boss-sizeCut off that rubber washer on the polini. WATCH OUT YOU DON'T TAKE OFF TOO MUCH AS YOU WILL F UP THE SPLINES ON YOUR CRANK WHEN TIGHTENING. IF NEEDED, A WASHER AFTER THE NUT!!!!!!

Belt took marker all the way off the variator now. Gained 1 mph. Now at about 44mph. Hard to tell cause the speedo is now buried. Brakes were always spongy.Front seal is trashed and let speedo grease seep in there. New seal and fresh brake pads front and rear. I can stop a lot better now. What is the good App for Iphone for a speedo? Waiting on rear shock(NCY) and waiting for Gates belt...... Might order NCY's for the fronts too or is there a better option?

RRGS make a nice shock. U can add Compisimo springs to lower them.

Uni, on page 2(pic) I did a mod to the plastic joint that mounts the filter to it.
I have a place 2hrs north of Pittsburgh(Marienville). My brother and I are going to be there the 4th of july week to pick up my Harley. Going to Gatto Cycle Shop in Tarentum that week to get parts. Might go into Pittsburgh if i can't find what I need.

If you like to experiment, I found that a 5” intake runner worked best. You can cut down the stock one like this. I’m in 15143 zip if you’re near pittsburgh.

Cool,I'll give it a try. The family had a place in Avalon in the 70's and have had a place in the Alleghenys since the 50's. Need to do a lot of work to Harley before I ride it,it's a been parked for a year.
