Shortened the engine mount. I could have went about 3/8 shorter.. but this is much better than stock. Almost same wheelbase as my Dio at this point. Front caliper was cross threaded and the bolt broken off.. this got a helicoil. Built entire engine from scraps that were in bins.. no parts needed to buy! DR 70cc Cast kit, Malossi Intake and reeds, Malossi Clutch, Polini bearings and seals. 24mm Dell, Malossi Ignition.. All just chilling in bins. This will go in for the time being. I also did some front end work, deleted the speedo drive and made aluminum spacers for the wheel and axle to help with the diet plans. Does anyone know if they make a manual petcock for these? Leads on the euro headlights? Color codes for Malossi paint?

It runs, I need to make my motor mount like the malossi style so i can get an exhaust on it, but I am so far pleased with the outcome...

Started doing video's for those interested.
I kinda flounder and have no idea what I am doing so any constructive feedback on how to make them better is appreciated.
I also have no idea how to edit stuff.

I kinda flounder and have no idea what I am doing so any constructive feedback on how to make them better is appreciated. I also have no idea how to edit stuff. I think you started getting the idea of the editing nearer the end of vid 1. Just little stuff like cutting and speeding up some slow stuff to keep it moving makes a big difference. Overall, interesting content IMO. I think the #1 tip I could offer you would be this; be conscious of the mic. Fiddling around with your fingers on it and running across it is unpleasant to listen to. Be careful with speaking volume too. May have to speak up if the cam is gonna sit far away, or you can turn up the audio some. Audio tracks that stay at a more consistent level are more appealing to me, so I don't have to crank it up to hear certain parts or listen really closely. If this is a GoPro or other action cam, something as simple as a handle could make it easy to be sure you aren't covering the mic. You can find them cheap on eBay, or I'm very sure you'd have no trouble making your own. Even a cheap tripod is good to own if you're really interested in doing vids. I'm no pro, but I think those things would make a big difference and none of that is difficult or expensive.

Very nice sir. Just a free $3,000 motor. 😆. I know you just unwrapped it. But I have a couple questions for you sir. One did it come with a star key for the variator? Two a spacer set for your overrange?, and... three Allen bolts for your gearbox?

I will check. I dont remember specifically seeing them Thank you. Yeah it's advertised as a complete motor. But the star key is for piaggio. Which if we were replacing our minarelli mounted piaggio motor with our rc-one. We might have had a piaggio variator star key to begin with. Maybe that's why it doesn't come in the kit. Anyway just giving you a heads up. What still might be needed to complete your install. I bought two for mine so if you need one let me know. And congratulations on the win Pito!

Decent lighting is important as well; a couple of times, I had a tough time seeing some of the stuff you were talking about. But really, you're doing fine. Lots of it is just practice. Keep it up!

No it's a bit longer than a Zip. It is about as close as you are going to get in North America tho.
