I believe they drop ship some stuff from other vendors. I chatted through email with them to verify a few thing My stuff came within a week .
They ship out of the Massachusetts . I have bought from them a couple times in the fall and winter. The Covid thing might be slowing them down.

I've got mine last week, but my dumb a** forgot to order the spacer, i just got it and will be installing soon, what kind of torque spring are you guys using with this pulley, i was running Malossi white and was happy with it, was thinking to try a little stiffer .. the yellow that came with it should it be equal to the white Malossi one? Thanks .

I kept the same spring as before a malossi white . I did have to shim different about a half mm with the malossi variator is what worked best.

I do have the multivar as well, mine is F12 cases don't know if they are different then zuma cases... Originally the Multivar 2000 comes with a little spacer which for some reason you have to put before the variator only on F12 NO CLUE WHY .. it says it in their manual, but i think the F12 cases in US are just like normal Minarelli and there is no need of that , i just mocked up everything it seemed to like this spacer after the variator basically shim and the belt was all the way out on the pulley, tomorrow or Sunday i will put the shim on the back and see how is everything sitting..
EDIT: The malossi spring is way TALLER than the little shorty that the TOP PF came with.

I found the supplied short yellow spring waayyy too soft for my liking. I usually use malossi yellow. Red nowadays..

The only part that is a budget is that you already have a good clutch and variator and you are not replacing them
The malossi overrange stuff is really nice and is designed to work together . It does require you to open your case up a little bit with a dremel so it will spin freely. The malossi overrange torque driver is 128 mm the trophy is 122 mm and stock is 115 mm .

how would i go about installing that do you have a link for the one i would need from scooterpartsco if they have it and the belt i would need ....basically its not hard to do by opening case you mean slight cutting around the edges? i would get a better takeoff and still have same top speed and better accelration all the way through?

Often times different brand belt manufacturers measure their'e belts differently so it's not always a direct one size fits all situation.

I’m thinking of picking up a Top Performance 122mm rear TD, being a larger OD it will need a larger belt to take advantage of its benefits. A stock Zuma belt is 738mm, I’m thinking something in the 750mm range would work well. I just checked the belts I have on hand Polini 248.003, Polini 248.040, Athena 751mm long and OEM Zuma. All are from 738-741mm. Not the 750ish all but OEM are supposed to be. Has anyone found a good belt to use with this pulley or are there belts in the 750’s that are actually their stated size? Just noticed this thread. I have the same TD on my axis. 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/8764/70mph-daily-driver-end-storyquote myself, page 27, 2nd post

Does this “budget overrange “ let you keep the starter functional? Either way I’m glad I’ve found this thanks for doing the legwork.👍🏼
