I got the 750mm belt today and also tried a 751mm I found and they are both too short to use this 122mm pulley. The vendor I picked up the TD from offered a $25 credit to help discover the proper belt length and offered to send me a 757mm for free. Hopefully that’ll be the ticket but I may still need more length. The 757mm was found on early Aerox from my search and is tough to come across in the states for some reason. My next choice may be a 764mm. 750mm Polini after seein that pic id bet a 788 belt would fit all day. Bando VS FOE LYFE YO My long case with a zuma 125 clutch pulley could fit probably a 794 in it rn

is it just me, or is the belt not riding very low in the rear pulley after the shift? It almost looks like the belt isn't riding deep enough in the rear pulley. Also, the Belt seems to be slapping around a lot. But I think your damn close. I don’t think it can get further down then this. The slack can be fixed with shims on the variator. I only took about 20 seconds to set up each belt. The 774mm is worn a little thin also. Sounds like you could go lower on the pilot. Or trim the needle back a bit.

I don’t mind helping fellow enthusiasts out. If someone’s hard work helps out one other person then it’s worth the effort. Isn’t that what this forum is about, helping others...Glad it’s working out for you. AMEN TO THAT, RYAN...
