I will take some stuff from the 2011 Baotian BT49QT-28B scoot, and place them on the 4-stroke Baotian BT49QT-20c:
wiring, digital speedo gauge, Digital Speedo wiring, fuel tank, all plastic panels, front lights, sidemarker lights, Complete taillight, Frame numbers + VIN code.
Other parts I will keep:
13" Wheels, with disc brakes (tires and valves will be swapped), Brand new 12V battery,
Some of the Baotian BT49QT-28 frame, I will use to make foot rest (like choppers have). The 2-stroke engine, that the 2011 Baotian BT49QT-28 has, I will sell. Aslo, other parts, that I do not need.

I noticed, that I can´t use the plastic panels, from the black and gold Baotian, because, the parts do not line up, with the older version plastic parts. I´m going to use the original plastic covers instead. I installed the Black/Gold wiring to the second 90cc scoot, but did not get the scoot running, because, I did nit have some parts, what go with the magneto. I think . I did some exhaust flame pipe welding, to the blue/white 90cc scoot:

Today I installed the magneto and ignition coil to the 90cc scoot. I have a different 12V oil pump, with radiator. I took some wires and switch, then + from battery and ground from frame. The oil pump is working now. Sidemarker light, front lights, rear tail and brake light and horn - these work fine too. But, when I tried the starter button - No sound. Like it is not blugged in or something. I tried to find the problem, but no luck. I found a wiring diagram for the starter button and other staff for the scoot.
From battery to starter relay + , from relay to starter is are ok.

If you jump the relay, will it start?

If you jump the relay, will it start? No it would not start. I think I have to swap the throttle cable. The wireing is from Baotian BT49QT-28 (2-stroke) model. And I think the coil, what is under the magneto, is wrong too. The shop, I used to buy the parts, had 3 types of these things (stock at shop), for the 139qmb engine. That engine is 90cc from the factory and is customized to race useage, with oilcooler and 12V oilpump.

I was thinking, what to do, with the scoot. I think, I will do a engine swap and the engine, I will be using is this: Engine 125cc 1P54FMI - el.starter, kickstarter, manuaal. Then I need to fabricate a new mounting point for the rear wheel, with disc brake braket. Also I need to sort out the starter button thing and other issues, what are problems, for starting the engine, I have on the scoot right now. The usual shop, that I go to, for my Scoot parts, there is shown the same engine as manual. One other shop site says, that it is automatic. Maybe there is 2 engines - one is manual and the other is automatic. I do not know right now.

This one is 125cc 1P54FMI - el.starter, kickstarter, automatic model. I might go for this one, then I have to do few less mods to my Scoot.

I was thinking little bit. Before I do the engine swap, I will try out something else. I will rewire the scoot and I will use the MotoGadget M-unit for the Brain of the scoot, to control everything. There is a Basic and Blue one. I will use the Blue one, because it has the bluetooth option, to connect the scoot to your phone. It will me simpler, to adjust settings and stuff afterwards.
