Radiator placement is always a tricky job. Most scooters are quite narrow at the front.

Radiator placement is always a tricky job. Most scooters are quite narrow at the front. Yeah, That front is quite narrow, because it was air cooled scooter. But I will think of something. 1. Maybe under the battery tray or front of it. 2. under the seat 3. front of the scoot, by modifying the nose mount little bit. |

My Yamaha jog RR had the radiator under the floor boards. Quite a clever solution. But it's quite a bit smaller than an Aerox radiator.
If you got some MX radiators it allows a bit more freedom has they are twin style rads.

Have you got the rear disc brake caliper and line already? No, I do not have the rear disc brake caliper, but the line I did order from Germany. Im gonna replace both lines front and back. |

I just now did think about one other thing, that the new/old Piaggio engine does not have .... I need to find a original Air filter box too to that engine.  Also I have to make a side stand too. I think I have a second scooter frame somewhere. I hope that had the side stand mount. I know, That I have 1 or 2 side stands. |

Now I have to find a nut and washer for that wheel
