Just did a friends bmw k100 with a motogadget, was great how it simplified an entire wiring harness for it. Im doing the same thing to my scoot. Im gonna try out it on this one and after that I will do the same thing to the other one. I have some electrical issues on the 2006 Baotian.

Few days ago, I sold my dream car project (1992 VAZ 2105 VFTS Rally car (5-Speed), because I did not have time or interest to build it by myself alone. Everybody in the forum said, how I should build my car and noone came to help. So after 4 years of no progress with that project, I desided to sell it. Now I can put that money into my 2011 Baotian BT49QT-28c 90cc project, what is standing still too. Next things I will order for the scoot are LED turn signals, M-Button and relay to the turnsignals, from MotoGadget. I might order the handlebar switches (Mo.Switch basic), with 3 buttons left and 3 buttons on right handlebar side. But I might use the original ones instead, with the M.Button. mo.blaze pin turn signals Left and Right (for front and back) x4 mo.relay+ for the 4 turn signals mo.button (to get simple wirinf for handlebar controls)

That's a shame about the car. But if it's never getting finished, no point having it.😞

I ordered the Mo.relay, M.button and turn signals from Motogadget Germany (10th November 2021). Now it is 22nd of December, and my stuff is not arrived. I did send 2 emails to the company, with no answer. Wierd, the first order came with in 1 week, after I ordered the Mo.Unit Blue and Wiring kit with Fuse and stuff. But, I did start the project, with little steps. I took one of two original fuel tanks, what I have for the scoot and hacked it up to make a battery box. I might re-do that battery box. Idea it to put the battery and Mo.Unit inside the fuel tank, and use the existing place for it on the frame. I have a 3rd fuel tank too, but its from BT49QT-9 one. I might take the that fuel tank and put that under the seat. Second Idea for the fuel tank, is to put that front of me, like superbikes have and under the fuel tank will be new engine. But that is just me thinking right now. The ideas for the scoot mods might change while I do things. Few pics:

I was thinking about a name for the project. Maybe "Frankenstein" or something. I have one other idea too for the scoot. Summer time, it will be 2 wheeler and winter time 4 wheeler. Getting that idea done, will be a challenge, but it would be awesome, if I could pull that off. Then it will be my first All-Season-Scoot. Or I might just build it for winter, because I use the Aprilia SX50, when there is summer time. But a backup 2-wheeler is a must. If something happens to Aprilia or when it is in service, then I have still another 2-wheeler to use.
Here is my first Project video, that I recorded about 3,5 hour at my garage. I was making battery box. Ihis concemt will maybe change, but first try is made from original fuel tank. I have another, brand new fuel tank too. It is seen in following video too. I have a QT-9 fuel tank too, what I might put under the seat or front of the seat. Enjoy the video:

So I was thinking little bit and now, my Scoot has a name too : Project "Street-Wolf". Some other ideas will come up as I build. But these are my first plans.:
01. Double fuel tanks (front and back 2x 5L) or just make one of 2 remaining fueltanks bigger. 02. Battery box + M-Unit mounting place 03. Centre Stand 04. Side Stand 05. My a 200cc or 250cc engine. 06. Make frame stronger (for 200cc or 250cc engine) 07. Make enginemounts for 200cc or 250cc engine. 08. Exhaust for the new engine. 09. Mounts for under-belly. 10. Mounts for oil-pump (maybe) 11. Swing-Arm for rear wheel etc. 12. Treiler Hitch and mounts 13. Treiler for the scoot. 14. Front nose remake, with new LED Lights 2x low and 2x High beam. 15. Centre Shock mounts for swing-arm.
MERRY XMAS to everyone!!!

Today, I found a Baotian BT49QT-28 Service Manual and took a print-screen from last page, where was wiring diagram. After that I made this:

I was hoping to clear that wiring diagram, so it could be understand better. I used the best beginner car designer program called Windows Paint . The first wiring diagram, that I printed out, was from the manual. The wire colours were unreadable, so I decided to fix that issue ((there I changed some of the wire colour letters). I made a black and white one too (there I changed all the wire colour letters to fresh ones):

Last time, I was in garage, I was welding the new outlet to fuel tank, did cut seat little bit and welded some stuff to a frame. Also cut new battery box out of metal sheet, using a template.
Part 2 of Project "Street-Wolf":
Today I did some cleaning in the garage and put 2 shelves together.
List of garage stuff to buy or make:
1. Another 4 shelves to project garage. 2. Another 6 shelves to second garage. 3. Motorcycle hydraulic lift 4. Make a welding table. 5. Make or buy table for vice.

The little garage update, to organize stuff little bit, so the garage can be look more in order. The 2 shelves, that I bought to project garage: Pics: Video: The Garage update plan looks like this (maybe):
I even made loose layout plans of both garages. I hope, that I can force those shelves and tables, like on the one plan (Project Garage), and all the shelves that are shown on the other plan (Storage). The layout of the sketch and reality may be different.

I was surfing around in my PC and foud a picture of the 2 donor Scoots. Sadly, I did not bring any of those plastic panels to garage, from that black/Yellow one. Only front mudguard and top outer handlebar plastic. Now Im so sad, that I did not brind other plastics, because I will need the front plastic, that have front sideblinker lights and etc.:
