Today, before coming to my day-job place, I vent to garage and did some fast work, by welding a Starter solenoid place to the under-seat area. Also, made wires for it. 1. The red beafy wire with 40A fuse from battery + side to the solenoid 2. From solenoid to starter. 3. Second beafy red wire from starter solenoid to the M-Unit Blue + terminal. I continue the wiring work next time, I hope. One dude will come and look at my Baotian BT49QT-9D, what is sor sale right now. I hope he will buy that, so I can put the mone to this project. Some solenoid wiring pics:

I was thinking about wiring little bit and connecting lights, buttons etc. I´m planing to use Deutsch dt 2-pin, 4-pin and 6-pin connectors. I believe, that going this way is safer, then using the original connectors. Indicators = 4x 2-pin Rear light/ brake light = 1x 4-pin Front Low/High beam = 1x 4-pin Front position light = 1x 2-pin Starter solenoid (start-button) = 1x 2-pin Regulator/Rectifier = 1x 4-pin MAgneto/Stator = 1x 4-pin Lock/kill (with key) = 1x 4-pin Oilpump = 1x 2-pin Temp sensor (oil) = 1x 2-pin Temp sensor (head) = 1x 2-pin Munit inputs and outputs = 4x 6-pin Total 16 Deutsch dt connectors (5x 4-pin, 9x 2-pin and 4x 6-pin). (Might add more)

I think, I will add a number to my project name too. "Street-Wolf 4-2-1"
"4-2-1" means: 4-Stroke, 2-wheels, 1 cylinder

Today I brought 2 rolls of wire (black and Red) and some wire connecting rods (picture 1). Made 2 DIY distribution blocks for Power and ground wires for the scoot. I did not have my soldering station at work, wo I will fine tune this distribution block thing in the garage, by soldering all the ends and connecting all the wires with solder. Also I will heatshrink the blocks after soldering. But for now the distribution blocks look like this (picture 2). Pic 1 Pic 2

I took few days break from garage, because the trail to the garage, from my work place was so wet and icey and also down hill. I decided to not work on my project, but yesterday I went and did some soldering and labeled all the M-Unit wires.

I was thinking, and maybe it is cheaper to convert the 90cc 4T engine back to 50cc (temporary), to get it legal. Then I do not have to buy an new engine. And after passing the legal stuff and getting the documents, then converting it back to 4T 90cc.
