I finally got one of my cars back from painter jail. she was locked up for 3 years. never tell a painter to take his time.... lol all and all it came out pretty good. I traded one of my bikes a special construction with a 118' s&s 6 speed trans with a 200x18 rear tire for a 58 VW bug and this paint job. misty is a 96 9c1 caprice. was the garden grove chief of police car till 2001 when I bought her. it had 91000 miles. it has 145000 now but has been completely rebuilt. it has strange 33 spline axels c clip eliminators 3.42 gears and an eaton posi diff was narrowed 2". extended adjustable tubular rear control arms a 3.5" aluminum drive shaft a built 4L60e transmission with a 3200 stall converter. all new poly bushings up front. ABS electric hydroboost master cylinder stainless brake lines and drilled and slotted rotors. the engine is a lt4 block with lutinati forged stroker crank I beam rods and forged JE pistons trick flow aluminum heads with all comp cams roller valvetrain and a custom ground camshaft. a custom made aluminum intake manifold with an eaton 112 supercharger and twin 52mm throttlebody. it has 2 tone blue and black leather interior with 2 tv 4000 watts 4 12' subs 5.1 surround sound and a vehicle dynamic processor that tells g force incline/decline, heading, hp and tq. the rear wheel well moldings have been shaved, it has super rare t84 euro spec headlights, custom hood scoop and lower airdam. smooth front and rear bumpers. shes painted 98 chevy indigo blue metallic. rims are 17" staggered torque thrust 2. she still has A/C power everything and still hauls ass. its been a 10 year long project but shes almost complete.... for now.... lol. what do yall think?

so an update on the px lowering, not gonna happen. the front shock upper mount is buried between fork and fender. more work than I wanted to work on. headset has to be removed and fork dropped to get fender high enough to remove shock nut. on the rear, it looks the same as a small frame. so a shorter spring and moving the rubber spacers from under the tub mounting point to above this can gain from .5"-3". maybe more. also the owner didn't like the idea of lowering it. so that was the main reason not to lower it. sorry milly. ill let you know if I find a new test candidate though.
also got another new addition to the fleet. a 64-65ish trail 90. I installed some chrome lower fork tubes on a Harley for a customer. the trail was sitting in the side yard getting rained on. I rebuilt the carb, replaced spark plug and coil wire, cleaned the rust and corrosion off points, rekeyed the ignition switch and bam! she starts first kick every time. idles smooth, and quieter than most other ct90s ive rode. already put it on the chopping block though. I got 15+ 2 wheelers now. its for sale on offerup and craigslist. ill find her a new home.

Today while surfing interweb I found a guy selling a 2 stroke snowmobile engine for 200$. The engine is a chaparral 440. 2cyl. Water cooled. Tilston carbs and a custom 2 into 1 exhaust. 2 New cylinder sleeves but missing 1 piston. I can find the pistons on fleabay from 35ea to 220pair. I wanna clean up the ports befor I assemble it. I have no clue what to do with it. But stock hp was 45. This would be a bad ass mini bike. Or I wonder if I can adapt a GET/ruckus swing arm on to it and have a fire breathing scooter..... we will have to see what I can come up with. But 200$ delivered? Could you blame me? I couldnāt let it pass. Canāt wait for the new pistons to come in.

Thatād be a crazy Ruck build for sure.
Or maybe strap it to a Helix frame for a sweet Naked Helix build? Nice size frame for a motor that big.

Nice size frame for a motor that big. very true. even if I could figure out how to mount it wit a ruckus trans. it would probably twist any 50cc frame I stuffed it into. this thing is cool though. it looks like it has fresh sleaves in the cylinders, and some one just lost one of the pistons. Im cleaning up the ports right now. the bore is 69mm the one piston I do have measures 67.5mm that seams a little small. anyone know what the clearance between piston and cylinder should be? im looking for info but cant find any real info on what diameter pistons I need to get. this thing has 20mm wrist pin too.

searching offer up 2 days ago and found an 87' aero 50 for $150. messaged seller and bought it. get it home started looking it over. the head set plug was disconnected so no brake lights no electric start. plugged it in. new carb, needed 2 vacuum caps. done. would try to start but just couldn't catch. was pitting back out the carb. pulled carb and manifold, bingo. a cut piece of a finishing nail was caught in the reed. luckily!!! got it out with needle nose, reassembled with a ported manifold I had in stock, fired up first try. I had recently purchased a red set of plastics for my orange and white 84 aero tact. so I put the white af09 plastics from there on to this new one. put it back up for sale yesterday, already got 4 messages on it. figured id flip it quick and put the money into something else. we shall see. heres some pics of it. runs great for a stocker. lol

howdy y'all, hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy. havent made an update in a while, so here i be... i finally found a tank for the dj1. im modifying a left left control wiring harness to work with my USDM/JDM wiring harness'. i borrowed the cvt from my orange/now red 84 aero/tact. so as soon as wiring is finished i might get to take it for a ride finally!!!! my orange 84 aero/ tact is now a jdm red tacty. i picked up a full set of fairings a while back and finally got a little time to swap them out. still need to drop the forks a swap fender and headset out though.also found a super rare front box red in color, to add some storage since the tacty plastics have no rear compartments. gought an af16 dio off of apeshit thanks man!!!! and rebuilt it with a 50mm aluminum cylinder i got on buyee a year or 2 ago. waiting on a new cvt and an arrow exhaust to come in the mail. that should be fun to ride too. cant wait!!!! so i gotta get back tol work, but ill try tol add some more sooner than later
