Update - New crankcase is being sent to me by our very own Happypancake!!
I am going to measure my bored crank half vs. the new one to see how much they took off when I had it decked/bored.
The new one is going to just get bored to 41mm with no decking. I think I am going to just put the titanium valves in anyways..thoughts??
Last option will be to deepen the exhaust valve relief (if the new crank half still doesn't work out). The intake valve appears to be good...

In the meantime, I am going to focus on paint (if weather allows, or if I make it back home to a heated garage/paint area) and frame/fit and finish.
I'd like to have a handlebar setup similar to Angry Waffle. I just need to get the stem, riser/adapter, and turn signals. Otherwise, I have the bars and new controls for the right side (Honda Met stock, mine are pretty worn).
I also need to repaint my front and rear wheels. New meat for the front wheel as well (new meat is already installed on the rear).

So I got the Zen stem and MNNTHBX M Stem piece on order.
As soon as that crankcase shows up I'll tear down and measure to see how much got milled off of mine.

The new case half is on n the way to US Chrome to get bored.
I measured old vs. new and came up with an average of .05". Old was obviously the smaller of the two.
Hopefully I'll get it back quickly so I can get it all back together!

The crank is still in u.s. Chrome hands. I await its arrival. I am probably going to mess around with my handlebars here while I wait to get the bored cylinder back. Waiting sucks.
Also – when I put it together the first time I feel like my compression was a bit low. Is there anything I need to pay close attention to to make sure my compression ratio remains High. My buddy who's rebuilding his stock Metro is also having issues with compression. His moped starts pretty hard (needs starter fluid fluid cold starts) but once it's started it runs fine. We did a cylinder compression test and got about 50 psi. Before I tore my back down and got about the same. Any thoughts?

Normal Stuff. Cheap pressure tester are just that. Cheap. A long hose from the head to the gauge will make the pressure seem low.
Crank over with electric start and throttle must be 100% open.
Cheers.

Thanks. That was thought but I just wanted to make sure.
I hope to get the parts back soon! It's way to nice out to not be riding.

UPDATE!!!!:
US Chrome is sending the bored cylinder back! Hopefully I'll get it back early next week.
Since I have built, tore down, built, tore down, built, and tore down, this last build will really FLY!
I also decided to have a paint shop paint my plastics, as I am worse than a 6 year old in art class at painting. Coincidentally I am having some of my truck's grille components color matched, so i'll likely lump my Met paint in with that order.
I am really pushing for this to be done by the end of May (including paint).
I'll update once I get into the nuts and bolts!

So, it looks rainy on Sunday. I'll probably get cracking then!

Re-build complete. The new case seals are curing out. It's going to be rainy for the next few days. Hopefully I can get it all hooked up and tested this week yet.
Everything went together great, no glitches.

It's all together and runs great! It sounds perfect! Now time for paint and finishes!
I would have started paint sooner but was waiting on some parts for my truck to come in so I can just get them all done at once.
