Well I've had this scoot a short time now. It's been broke down due to lack of gear oil and a toasted Primary Gearset I've got new gearbox bearings and getting ready to order seals and a Malossi 14/42 primary set And since the stock 49cc has almost 10k kms on it I've decided to put a 70cc kit in it. So while perusing ebay the other day I impulse bought a malossi sport 70 kit Although it didn't come with the jug. But I've decided that I'm going to be getting a 47mm Hoca cylinder from parts for scooters. Thanks for the tip Dexameth

Well I got my gears and jets in the mail today. There is a small problem thou. The hole in the center of the malossi gear is 17mm and the diameter of my stub gear is 19mm. 😲😤😢😧. Guess I'm looking for another secondary gearset.

It's still only 50cc but she now has 10.154:1 final drive. Gotta get the plastics at least put back on but thinking about painting them first

Just a small update on Becky. As of right now top speed is 42.1 gps. Just ordered a hoca 47mm cylinder, hoca[ssp-g] 97mm variator, and a new rubber for the intake. So my new year project is installing and breaking in my Hoca/Malossi Sport 70 and CVT tuning.
My next planned purchases/upgrades are carb and pipe. I'm looking at getting an yasuni R and polini CP19.
Although if anybody reading this has a used 70 pipe and or 17.5mm[minimum] carb they are trying to get rid of inbox me.

Got my parts from parts for scooters. My only issue is that the variator set was claimed to come with 4g rollers but they came with 8g instead. Not a big issue thou, because tomorrow I'm taking advantage of Scootertuning.ca 20% off sale and ordering a roller adjustment set and a Yasuni R in red for Becky.

First thing, happy new year everybody. I hope 2020 is a great year for all of us. A now to the business, lol. It's official, Becky is now a 70, well really a 68. I also have a nearly 5 min video available of her first start. Mods as of right now 47mm Malossi Sport Stock 15mm carb with 86MJ and new rubber intake piece Stock airbox with snorkel removed Stock pipe (until Thursday or Friday) Stock vari with 6gram sliders Ngk BR8HS gapped at. 027" Took it for a test ride and it feels fantastic. Feels like it has the power to push the 10.1 final. But I think the factory tach is completely screwed. It revs to "12k". Well i know better. No way a stock pipe letting this kit go to 12k. So I put a Tiny tach on it, drove again and it only read like 7k. Only using half throttle hits about 35 with no issue Edit: I'm unable to use the Hoca vari without some work due to fitment issues with the drive boss and back plate, ie they don't fit over them.

Got to messing with things today and I thinking about using a 139qmb drive boss and back plate with the hoca/ssp-g variator since the o.d. And length are the same as the sspg drive boss and only .5mm larger I.D. then my stock minarelli drive boss. But on another note I've switched to 5gram rollers in my stock vari for now and it's revving much nicer. Jumps to 7200 then stays close to 6800. And once it pulls past 7200 again it feels like it comes on another bump in power.

Well before i do something else to another "bolt-on" part and since pfs is gonna take back the sspg variator I'm just gonna fork out the extra cash and get a "better" one. Another one to experience.

Ok, here's my to done list for today; send off sspg variator back to PFS and order new variator. Check and check.
I've ordered a Malossi multivar and a set of Malossi Clutch springs.
Also another thing I've noted and corrected for and that is I was supplied 4 base gaskets in differing thicknesses totaling 1mm, and with all 4 installed my squish was 1.55/1.6 mm. I removed 2 gaskets, .01 and .03mm, = .6mm base gasket = 1.15/1.2mm. Now from what I've gathered this should be a potent little street combo (on paper at least). My butt dyno noticed a nice little boost in power even though I'm still tuning my CVT and on the stock pipe(waiting on parts).
Another update, I've also ordered an roller adjustment set and a Yasuni R in red...coulda swore I've posted this already but I can't find it

Ups came today. Got the clutch springs and the multivar and white contra installed this evening. I'm running 5 grams atm but I haven't put the Yasuni on yet. I have removed the restrictor from it. With this setup with the black malossi Clutch springs I'm engaging at 5000, and jumping up to bout 8k then back to about 7500 according to my cheap aftermarket tach. I still haven't REALLY run on her yet and got 45 on GPS. Although it's a good thing the kicker works on this bike because my starter clutch spit it's pins and guts out all over.

Also I realized why the hoca vari wouldn't fit. I had some surface rust that was holding everything up. Oh well another to experience.
