Got my parts in today. Polini Wrist pin bearing SKF bearing set Crank and gearbox seals Stock 13t clutch primary shaft(for a future possible gearswap 90 degree cable elbow Stage 6 intake and big valve reeds Malossi drive face for vari And a pair of 788 belts
Shoulda looked harder at the bearings in the baccio case, one is a 6202p6 and that bearing isn't included in the zuma bearing set, so I'm set back til at least Saturday before I get a chance to get it put back together. Gives me time to mess with trying to get the boost port to open fully at BDC

All bearings are pulled, one more seal to remove then clean the cases. At this moment my Malossi Clutch shaft and 2 of the 4 bearings are in the freezer and awaiting reassembly. I've also looked at my cylinder a bit closer and I would have to raise it 3mm for the boost port to open fully at BDC. Yeah just gonna leave it be for the time and see what happens

Got it back in the bike. But not without more BS. busted another temp sensor ring. Unable to run an air filter because the carb is right up against the frame and front seat bracket. I will get video and pictures tomorrow. Definitely revs a whole lot better with a 38 pilot. I haven't taken it off the block yet as I've started feeling sick today, no it's not corona virus but a regular ole stomach bug.

Well the engine gets to come back out again today. Gotta put a new seal on the secondary shaft. Also planning on putting my hoca/malossi cylinder back on. I'm really thinking that the ported China cylinder has issues. Not sure why but it's not performing as well as the hoca. Video and pictures are still coming it was dark when I got home last night

Well I put my hoca malossi cylinder back on and well it's like I thought there is an issue with my ported cylinder and it's with the piston/rings. Please excuse my description and lack of more info,ie compression test. With the ported cylinder the sound of compression is psss. With the hoca the sound is more like poof. Much stronger sounding and feeling out the exhaust port.

With everything back together again you can see that I will not be using an air filter. Thinking about getting a bell mouth with a screen until I can get all the pieces together for a strech kit Was able to hit 50 in a half mile. No weird bogs or spits. Just goes and at 9500 and 50 mph it still seems to be pulling. Now I know I've got some top end left on the table, considering I'm using a 10.1 final.

As a quick note to myself if anything. 38* this morning. 3 kicks with the choke on and it was running.
Also yesterday while "playing" in the yard I got her to cut donuts. No front brake, no skidding. Just cranked the throttle and round on circles she went.

After a nice little 20 mile[ 1.25 hour] ride today I've made the following notes and adjustments. First being is the best power is at 3/4 throttle. So I moved the needle from the middle to the 1st leanest. And I'm able to get more wide open. I believe that a 96 or 98 main will correct this issue. Also I believe that Im still a bit rich with the 38 pilot. I havent seen temps over 200 yet today. But I'm also still only going a few miles at a time on my trips and it's only 50ish degrees today.
Top speed reached 54.1 mph at roughly 9400. And still pulling hard.

First ride to the beach as daily is at least half successful. Still gotta go home this afternoon. average pace of 50 mph. Top speed reached was 58.2. Top speed held was 55. And actually think I need to go a bit richer on the main jet. At wot it gets sounding like wah And the temp start to climb. Cruise rpm is 9000-9160. But the hoca cylinder is only ~179 deg exhaust. So I probably shouldn't expect more then 92-9500 max rpms

Well it's back apart again. Something happened to the "axle" seal. Somewhere along the line this afternoon on my 34 mile ride home from work, it decided to start leaking gear oil all over my rear tire. It was coming out the weep hole. Funny thing is that it hadn't been leaking, not this morning or the other day. And it's only leaking when the bike is moving only, when i took a break on the way home there was oil on the left side of my rear wheel and tire. And there wasn't a puddle of oil under it when I got back on it this afternoon.
So I've got 2 more seals on there way. Im hoping that the seal "race" isn't damaged.

Found this while cleaning up the gasket surfaces. All because the snap ring quit holding the shaft. Well just ordered a Stage 6 15/50 primary gear set. Think I know what I'm doing Friday night and Saturday

Check the Gasket for the Gear Case for leaks . It might be just that . I have blown a couple . Your cylinder Temps are very good whats your Plug look like . What heat range plug you running a Ngk 8 or 9
Can you do a signature line of what size kit pipe carb the more info the better Because at your results so far at mid to low 50s Other guys are going to want to copy your build
