Man I love those! They use the LML (Vespa) engines on those... I've seen so many videos - one dude with fuel in a spray bottle just spraying in the carb like MadMax while his buddy steered. I wanna play!

Nice! That scoot should have some good power for sure (: thanks i think with this setup it will be 8-10 hp but the scooter only comes in around 90kg so keeps trying to lift very easy i dont care to much about body work as just want bit of power for messing about around town the stroker engine will get build up in time as have 2 polaris 90cc engines sitting in the workshop waiting for me to strip down to do a big power build but that will go into a naked project i think just a shame im not only 90kg tho

When I was in college I was fixing fairings as a side income. Now I am too lazy to fix my own fairings. Good job!

bit of a update i picked not to go full green ended up going back to black the new belly pan will be here next week as well all ready in black to been trying to get the bike running 100% but getting a fair bit of white smoke from the exhaust when im running flat out and only hitting 32mph if im lucky at time as can be seen in this video and gps map i was thinking over jetted for the porting i have done but if i drop any smaller in jet i just cant build up the rpm over 6000 rpm changed the crankshaft seals and checked for air leaks cant find any and fitted new gasket set , reed block and inlet gasket to so im at a bit of a lose right now what can be doing it tryed changeing the stock 6gm rollers down to 5.4gm and then down to 5gm still getting the the same i was thinking maybe the belt is not the right size but i will check that later on as just got home from a nightshift

got the exhaust off and think the cat is bad as sounds like something is moving in there when you shake it and sound like water ?

well seen something im not to happy about and shame i did not see it when i fitted the belt 3 weeks ago with out checking it :/ they did not send me the right one they sent a 16.6x792 and as you can see it dont get upto the top of the clutch so i tryed one of my old belts to check the size and 788 17 28 its great and gives it a lot better bottom end and gets right up to the top of the clutch have asked my friend if he still has the old hebo performer exhaust i lent him 3 years ago or not as that was off a aerox so will fit right on

Great to see you getting there Geoff And if it helps I think that's a short case clone so ordering parts might need some thought.
