Seen on a busy thoroughfare, this Primrose has actually had a chance to grow with no footfall during the lockdown

well, cover your eyes from the brilliance of this one- this one blooms these purple flowers every morning when it's doing well- these are mom's blueberries; unfortunately at least one is sick these 3 are next door. the near one had nothing but dead looking branches until this morning. I thought it was beyond help. it rained last nite and this morning it has leaves . this my baby -had these aloe for bout 5 years- bloomed these flowers last season for the first time -

Wow what is the name of the first bush jloi, its suprising what a bit of rain does. Springs just about here but had a few frosty mornings still now the winds coming from the north got a bit colder but some things do well in their own little micro climate of a suntrap. I have not seen Aloe Vera flower for a long time.

It's funny how you don't notice thing's jloi . I asked my mum how long she's had the shrimp plant as she thought it was dead but said it's doing well again and said my dad bought it for her about 40yrs ago.

Nice flowers guys! I wish I had a camera that worked worth a damn. Many of my (ex planted) flowers have already bloomed, many more to come. She tried to keep something blooming all season long for the bees. Some flowers have run wild over the last 11 years. I have difficulties telling flowers from weeds so some of the weeds get out of hand and flowers get destroyed. I was out in the back yard Sunday and counted 13 peony bushes, one more than last year There are so many conflicting needs it is hard for me to maintain everything.
Some of those potted plants probably need to be re-potted.

Can't remember where this even came from or what it's called. Maybe some green thumber will know. But it is hearty and has endured my abuse for probably nearly 20 years. It blooms only once a year during winter months, and I took only one shot this year.
