Thank You Zino, Yes i do in RB. I have been messing with the scoot the past few days, honestly mostly been riding it , and i can't be happier , i end up putting 88 main jet, 42 pilot , needle clip all the way up (lean) 1 1/2 turn on the mixture with the Polini Pod small fiter. She has been running great , temps are staying at 88c MAX at WOT for 2 minutes . I remember from back home people never liked the original Malaguti F12 Radiators since they are very small ... yes they are 2 but smaller than 1 lol ... i will put picture. I was thinking what radiator i can put instead of the 2 on the stock location without much modifications ... i found Honda Reflex 250 looks like it will be the perfect fit . I order one , should be getting it next week, if it can cool 250cc and it sits in front of the engine on that specific bike , its not even getting direct airflow , it should be able to keep my sport kit temps at good level. For now i didn't order the original FAN that bolts on the radiator but i could and it will be plug and pay , since it comes with temp sensor and everything all ready, so thats the original radiatos , following by the one i am getting , and thats the fan that i could mount if i really want to stay cold :

Should be a good upgrade. My Job RR had a radiator the size of those two. And it did used to get hot.

OKAY ! UPDATE # 1 Its been a while since i posted. I had done few stuff and since then i had put around 400 miles on it. Where do i begin. The last thing i posted was that i was getting a bigger radiator, and i did. Me and my buddy mounted it behind the front wheel , we had to trim the plastic , on the first pictures you will see a rough cut , but he made it look good after, after installing the radiator i could see stable and low temperature. We managed to still keep the stock overflow location, and everything is ready to come back to stock if needed. After riding the bike for a while it stared keeping the temperature higher and higher, check for air leaks with pressure test, 0 leaks, check the plug - perfect . I tough its gotta be a head gasket, i took the head off, everything seemed fine, while i was there i took my thermostat off , boiled it , it should open fully at 70 degrees Celsius, it open at around 100 but maybe like 2 mm, instead of the whole thing (around 12-15mm) , right there and then i knew that was my problem, i ended up putting new head gasket just to be safe, and put the bike together without the thermostat, we have hot summer here so it will be fine, after couple test drives she still holds good temps but never gets over 80 C, i know a lot of people with some mild tuning are not running the thermostat. Here is some pictures, in the end i painted it black , but forgot to take a picture, you can kind of see it behind the wheel:

UPDATE #2 I got the Top Performance rear torque driver with the Aerox 100cc Polini belt and the Malossi Overrange torque driver spacer kit. I first installed it with the yellow TP spring that came with it, and honestly the bike felt very bad, i then installed the white malossi spring that i had there before and there she was ! It felt great. I put 2mm spacer on the variator but since then i havent checked if i am getting the full potential of the variator. She is hitting 65+mph GPS , videos coming soon, but i will be messing with the shimming soon. Here is a picture: Big thanks to: ryan_ott and Zino

UPDATE # 3 I ordered Aerox 50cc wheels , since i love them because i have an Aerox back home and i have a thing for them lol. I knew the rear will be direct bolt on, but i've seen that people are always buying the front forks from Aerox to be able to fit the wheel, i thought my self there is gotta be a way ! And there was, it is not perfect , but for now will do the job, until i found a way to grind the 2 nubs of the rim completely straight. So Aerox uses 10mm front axle and a completely different speedometer gear, the malaguti uses 12mm axle, with a speedometer that goes "in" the rim by a sticking out pin. I took the bearings off the aerox wheel which were 10x35x10 , so then i found online bearings 12x35x10, thats what i needed and i ordered them. I installed the new bearings, mock up the wheel and used a front wheel spacer from Vento Triton , since it spaced the rotor perfectly in the middle of the brake caliper, on the other side i used the original Malaguti f12 spacer , then the original speedometer gear, and the axle, which goes thru the leg and acts like a spacer (its original like that) . I then drilled a little hole just like the one the original rim has, and the gear went in perfect. In ideal world i would love to grind down the 2 nubs sticking of the rim, and mount the gear flush with it, but so far no issues , and everything works perfect. I've seen online few F12's with Aerox wheels, but they never run the front fender, i was supprise to find that the original fender still fits , the original rim was 12 ' the new one is 13' so i thought it wont fit. I am getting new MICHELIN POWER PURE SC TL this week hopefully , i already got 2 new wave rotors for it. Here is some pictures:

I really like your bike man, I do have a soft spot for the F12 as it was my first scooter ever 13 years ago! I also understand your feelings for the radiators everything above a sport kit in summer was a nightmare.

Thanks man, i started on Yamaha Neos, then upgraded to an Aerox , that was 10 years ago, my friends used to have F12, Aprilia Sr's , all the good 2 stroke bikes, but since i live in the US i found out that these 2 stroke gems are very rare ! So far i've seen one Aerox in US and its in Florida . There is a picture of my Aerox sitting 8000 miles away lol , and my first ever scoot, Yamaha Neos , the picture is very old, i don't have the bike no more:

Looking good! Any chance to “import” your Aerox where you live now? Unfortunately it will cost me quite a lot ... and i don't know how the paperwork will work, since its a two stroke, and they don't want to import them , because of the EPA....

Nice work. It's really coming together nicely. Wheels look great on there. The front fender looks very close to the wheel. Just be careful, when the tyre is hot, it could expand a bit. Perhaps enough to rub.
