Could you not use an Aerox Speedo drive? It looks the same sort of fitting as the malaguti where the cable fits in. What about a BWS, or Zuma one?

Space-wise it should fit but i believe the main issue is the axle bolt size. Aerox speedo drives have an M10 bolt hole wheres the Malaguti has a M12 axle bolt. Not sure what axle bolt an Aerox 100 or BWS 100 use but if they use a 12 that could fit. Another issue might be the speedo positiong pin/groove that is missing on his fork leg. That is suppose to prevent the speedo from spinning with the wheel. I'll try to take some pics later for better clarification. Now we know why many people swap the forks too. Makes the little things go easier.

Yeah it would be easier for the little stuff, but like that i can always go back to stock, and it cost me less than $20 to do the swap (excluding the wheels of course) . For more than 200miles i didn't had any issue like that, but eventually i will grind the nubs off the rim , and make the gear sit flush with the rim.

Hi ! I am sorry i haven't been posting , but been working like crazy, i put around 1000 miles on this setup, i was tweaking it a little bit managed to get to 67+ mph gps almost every time , everywhere. Never made a video for the list, but its okay. My buddy started passing me a bit so i had to do smth about it lol. So i order this: Stage6 MK2 Racing 70cc Malossi Primary Transmission 16/40 which brought my gear ratio from 10:1 to 8:1 Top Performances Transmission Cover with needle bearings Just put it together yesterday, and its been tuning ever since, shout out to my buddy "guttiwarrior" on the forum for helping me out and calming me down when i was getting frustrated . We end up using 95 main jet with 40 pilot, still needs some fine tuning , maybe go down to 38, which is weird considering with my sport kit i had 42 pilot, 89 main. We were working on the CVT today, and its getting on my nerves, i am hitting the same top speed with the new gears, but i have 4-5 mm more on my variator, we tried yellow spring with a heavier rollers, it helped a bit on the top end but lost rpm in the begining , tomorrow we will try red spring with even heavier rollers, right now is with 3x4.5 and 3x5 , getting to 10.500 rpm , pulls hard but maxes out pretty quick with a lot of variator left. It got late but we are really hoping the red spring with maybe 6-7 grams will do it.

Nice looking cylinder . 8-1 Is some serious gears to push . My yasuni r set up on air cooled athena is pushing just over 10 k rpms at its peak . With lighter weights it pushed to 10,400 rpms but the speed was the same . I have seen others get 11k rpms with that pipe and a hotter cylinder but not much more. You have got alot of mph left tied up in the trans .
Gutti has got alot of us juiced up over his 70 cc build and the need for speed .
