Brent Hopefully they Cancel . It just makes no sense .
We have the same order no more than 10 in a group but there is like 300 people at the grocery stores and Lowes every day . And Walmart looks like Black Friday . We reduced hours for our stores so people pack them tight in those hours .
So the rules kinda work as long as you cant count past 10

Brent Hopefully they Cancel . It just makes no sense . Got a letter today that there will be no jury duty in May. I think they've ordered clear 6ft markings in checkout lanes to make distancing easy and either have or are talking about limiting the total number of people in a store. A family friend works at a major chain hardware store as a cashier. He's actually retired from being the head of a hospital lab, but likes interacting with people (at least until now). He said these "mental giants" are in here all day buying essential things like flowers for their garden. Traffic has slowed down some by my house finally, but not nearly enough that I believe it's only essential trips. My neighbors still come and go all day. It's a quarter past midnight and I still have traffic going by here. I've left the house once since Monday and that was to take trash to the dump 2 miles away. I'd wait a couple of weeks at a time for that, but no one is near me there and I just hop out and toss the bags in and leave without touching anything. I just really don't like being anywhere near anyone aside from household members right now. We're only up to 6 cases in the county from 1, but a neighboring DE county has 115 or something like that so it could start taking off anytime. It gets frustrating trying to play by the rules for the well being of myself and family and so this can get over with, and then watching everyone else on the move all day and simultaneously complaining about the situation. All I wanna do is ride the scooter alone and I won't do it. Not yet at least.

Yeah, if you don’t distance you are an idiot. At some point you need to decide if you are going to try to live or not. 6-ft away is not hard. Me I’m overweight and have hypertension, but the meds control that. Apparently that doesn’t matter to the virus. Well, fuck the virus, I’ll beat it by not getting it or at least not until the coast is clear and they have an ICU bed and a ventilator.
What sucks is our hazardous waste disposal is on 4/20 ( ha ha ) and I got a ton of old leaded racing gas that I need to get rid of, but I don’t see it happening.

Also, vansonleathers.com is making cloth masks that are washable. $4.95 per mask. You can’t order them online, you have to send an email. Instructions on their homepage.

Of all the mask designs I have seen so far the easiest has been:
I don't have a sewing machine nor am I a seamstress.
Someone else has posted this here also.

I didn't figure cotton cloth from T-shirts would work very well either. Although a new T-shirt might work better than an old thin T-shirt. A lot of laundry detergents endorsed by the Cotton Council contain an enzyme that will strip the cotton out of cotton clothing until it is just mainly polyester.
People used to give me looks when I kept my riding gear on when going to a store.

I was gonna wear my welding helmet when I go out. The scoot helmets are a bit bulky, though possibly useful in a fight over the last box of instant potatoes. Might need to come up with a mesh hazmat suit to keep me cool if this goes into summer.

At about 8pm everything is closed up so no "essential trips". When I let my dog out and stand on the back porch I'm amazed at the silence. Probably a great time for a scoot ride.

Public places ie Walmart, Home Depot, grocery stores and the like are now allowed to have no more that 20% occupancy at a time. That means you stand in a line with marked 6ft lines. As someone leaves store, someone is allowed in.

Filter Glue! WEB products makes a spray called Filter Charger for house air filters. Used it for decades. It acts like a glue to catch and hold small particles till the tiniest holes are filled then that layer traps larger particles etc. I wouldn't wear it till its dry, but it would seem to help a cloth filter a little.
