Earlier this week I dodged a call from my uncle, he left a message asking if I needed anything. Like an asshole I didn’t return his call, partly because I think I’m stocked up enough, but also he’s kinda drunk all the time and keeps me stuck on the phone. Today he shows up at my gate with all this food and cleaning stuff. I mean, fuck. Asked if he needed anything and he said popcorns been sold out for a month, I had 3 bags for him in exchange. PA schools are closed for the rest of the school year, all schools including online, colleges etc. Looks like that 4 year school just turned into 5...

PA schools are closed for the rest of the school year, all schools including online, colleges etc. Looks like that 4 year school just turned into 5... You in a Pa school? No but my 8 and 10 yo kids are... were. Now it’s distance learning, just a few hours of school related work, online. |

New Zealand has been in lockdown for 16 days now, everything shut, just supermarkets and other food stores open, NO takeways open. That means nearly every shop in my town. The town was bypassed a couple of weeks before lockdown, perfect timing, we are now an island in an island, without thousands of cars passing through everyday.
I'm at home on 80% of my weekly wage, and on the pension as well, my wife is self employed, shut down and has been paid on last years income. We are lucky to be in an isolated country and have the best leader in a crisis at the helm. It's going to be tough times, but enjoying my enforced retirement...being lazy and doing one or two jobs a day, no stress.

5 years is better than a lot of people taking dirt naps. This stuff is nasty contagious. People don't really seem to be recovering or getting an immunity like other diseases. All four horsemen are riding the Earth.

My neighbors had a house party with 2 dozen people .
There party Theme was "It wont get Us ".
I stayed Home and Safe Makes No sense to roll the dice like that .
