well today so far made some progress found people who WANT TO HELP ME at the local garage, we loosened the variator and clutch 17mm bolts, ( i would have gone to my mechanic that loosened them in the first place but he was a bad wording putz and said he "had no room in his driveway" for me to do the work) well bad word HIM then ill NEVER send another person to that bad worder again.
and i have other people who say "ill call you in a bit" and then they dont bad wordING CALL at all, people in this life can be such two faced motherbad worders
anyway the rollers are in at least, the gears are spilled out in the driveway im awaiting someone who gives a damn or has two bad wording bits of IQ to help me in what was supposed to be "plug and play"
right, the reserve tank is also fixed, ill have photos later
so far rollers were a total of
12 grams X 6 = 72 grams OUT 14 grams X 6 = 89 grams IN
not sure what difference if any that will make, also found a washer behind the variator wheel, thinking i should throw that out for some reason!
more later if i dont kill somebody first .....

my current stuck is everyone CLAIMED the gears were supposed to be plug and play, they were mostly FULL OF sh!t, the bottom smaller gear slides into place fine, the big gear though wont go on the spindle, if i dont hear from someone soon on this i am going to hit it with a hammer,

A pic of what's not working might help. I've never done a 150 gear swap or split the gearcase open for any reason so I dunno what you're even looking at exactly. If it's a splined section that won't fit, check the number of teeth vs splines to be sure it matches up. If it looks like it should fit, check for casting flaws on either part.
The heavier rollers will drop RPM. That could be a bad thing with the gears. If you get the gears installed and it's sluggish, go back to 12g.

Well the pic helps. So it appears it's a splined gear. It should slide on easily. If not, something is wrong with it or the shaft it's going onto. First the obvious, try flipping it over and see if it starts. Then again I go back to thinking you should inspect it carefully for flaws or any sort of mismatch. If there's something wrong that you can't file or fix somehow, you might need to see if you can get an exchange or see if PFS has any advice.
