I like the vents. Quite subtle from the front. I guess you won't really know how well they work, till you try them.

I like the vents. Quite subtle from the front. I guess you won't really know how well they work, till you try them. I know the one side I had to open up from the 3 holes to connecting then all. One radiator wasn’t enough due to its size but we shall see what two will do and properly tuned! Right now I’m running a 89 main jet on a stage6 street race which I think may be a little small and maybe contributing to the added heat at wot.

It's a lot easier to make bigger a cut out if needed. Than make them too big. My jog RR used to have one radiator, about that size. It did get quite hot a few times in slow traffic. But the air vent was smaller than yours are.

Alright. All hooked up and replaced my pumped studs with actual studs and rubber grommets. With both radiators I was hitting 155 around town. At wot I barely saw 170. I need to tune the carb a little and hold it open and see where it stops BUT big difference with two radiators. The setup is coming along good!

Where did you find the side cover 1 for your scoot? I just picked up a 2001 Vino that the plastics are pretty much trashed. I'm having a hard time finding the rear section.

I’m enjoy your build thread... Glad to see another front disc vino Let us know how that rear disc brake kit works out... I was looking st that but was hesitant. Did you ever figure out the Stage6 bell? I had mine milled down, I had the same issue with minimal threads showing and it is perfect. Here is a pic of my vino build postimg.cc/gn5qKgMbbr] Used malaguti stem, front shock, rims front and rear foe my conversion

Hello world! Been some time since I been on here. Vino is running strong. Stuck a stage 6 street race liquid cooled setup and a yasuni r pipe. Been going gooooood.
why stop there right? Athena Evo, different pipe, and a mvt ignition coming in the mail! Biggest kit I could do without changing crank and a lot of other things. Should be the next big jump coming from street race.
stay tuned!
