All of mine are close fitting. Had five Yasuni pipes. But none touched like that. The mounting that's touching is not right. The silver tube should not stick out Like that.

It is just barely touching and if I removed the washer on the front under the bolt it would probably clear it but at this point I didn’t feel like taking it all apart just for that. If it really is not right then obviously I will take it apart and fix it though.

It's like the spacer isn't in all the way. Or tight enough. The rubber bushings should crush together. And the metal spacer shouldn't be visible.

Just had a look at mine. You have the mounting bracket on the wrong side. Of the exhaust mounting. That would give you an extra couple of millimetres.

The pipe looks sharp . I had the same fitment issue with the nut rubbing against the silencer. I just loosened up the all the silencer nuts with the pipe still on the scoot and retightened them down .
I stuck a washer under the front silencer bracket . I then just had a little room between the nuts and the silencer just a mm or so .

I just re checked and I don’t think moving the mounting bracket to behind the pipe mounts will work as that would pull the pipe too far out from the tire and it wouldn’t align well on the header bolts.

Thanks Zino looks like the only difference from mine is I used the washers on the front of the mounting bracket as well so I’m gonna remove them from the front and hopefully that will be enough. I did use a washer behind and in front of the silencer mount as well.

Good now get ripping down the road . And enjoy the Yasuni Sound and Power. 5.5 grams will be real close to right . Watch your jetting you may need to go up a jet or 2 with the pipe .

After a couple days of rain I finally got to take the scooter out tonight with the Yasuni R. I really like this pipe a lot and so far the noise level is not too bad although I know it's brand new and will get louder over time but I already got new packing ready when needed. Overall the pipe does hit much harder than stock and looks great so I am very happy with the purchase.
I did bump up to a Polini 88 main jet and max temp on a 2 mile WOT was 347 degrees but quickly dropped down in the 300-325 range after adjusting the throttle down.
With all that being said I think I have an issue with my gears or something as max RPM was 9030 and max speed I could get was 49mph even with the Yasuni R and 14/42 gears. When I was putting the gears back in the second time I had a little trouble getting the bearing on the main shaft to sit flush in the gear case cover and when I spun the shaft with my hand it felt like the bearing was giving more resistance than it should and definitely seemed like more resistance than when I first took it off. I have a brand new replacement bearing as I purchased it when I got the gears so I am going to take the gears out again sometime this week to check the bearing and replace it and see if my RPMs and speed bump up to expected levels.

I have done about 4,000 miles on my current Yasuni R. It's still ok noise wise. Not as loud as a lot of the two strokes I hear.
