It came from Rolling Wrench, but looks exactly like the one from TRS.

I emailed them Saturday night, but today is a holiday. Hopefully, tomorrow I will know something. SO, would I have had better luck with a different flasher relay?

You can buy a relay that will work with led lights. Some even work with both kinds. Saves having to fit resistors inline.
You will still probably have to add resistors to the light.
Is it a read light with turn signal built in?

I got the right stem in and put the drag bars on that have the aluminum plate that holds the stock speedometer. I am having so much trouble with the brake lines. They want to be exactly where the speedometer is at and this is affecting the steering.

Also, is there a shorter rear shock to lower a Ruckus that is not stretched?

NCY makes good ones, not sure if they work for non stretched Rucks. The rear wheel might not have enough clearance.

I just tried the blinker relay that one of you suggested and no change. I am going to order the in line resistors, now.
