My parts are almost all in Added a few things Malossi Parts Malossi Sport 70cc ,Malossi 15/42 gears,g clips ,Malossi Torsion Controller ,Malossi Wrist Pin NCY parts :Torque Driver ,Contra Springs 1000 ,1500 rpm ,Golden Variator ,Clutch Bell ,Racing Clutch,1000,1500,2000 rpm clutch springs Keihin Jets 90,95 Mains and 38 and 40 pilot jets Still waiting on my Trail Tech Temp TTO gauge and 48 inch extension.. Once the Temp Gauge is here next week I will start slowly upgrading. I have put about 300 miles on it so far . So the Stock Cylinder is starting too loosen up . It is now in 75 mpg range for last 2 fill ups. Top Speed is 41-42 I am able to bury the needle more often . Wow!! that’s a nice lot of parts (jealous) I see the fly clutch in that stash also the Malossi Torsion Controller ring.. really helps with the torque driver movement for such a simple plastic ring: edit just noticed it’s not the fly clutch looks Very similar

Its all NCY stuff for the transmission. The Stock Clutch for The Genuine is actually quite good . NCY version of the Racing Clutch is just a Sport Clutch in the same class as Malossi Fly and Polini Speed . Other than meatier clutch pad then stock its the same weight 618 grams

here are comparison of the clutches Malossi Delta ,Stock RoughHouse and NCY I do like the look of the NCY Racing Clutch Bell with its venting and it has a rough coating inside not sure that it will hold up long term . The Stock and NCY clutches are on par with Polini and Malossi Sport clutches as far as quality.

Stock Torque driver on left with a small dog leg that lets it build rpms and then shifts NCY Torque Driver on Right. 2 Angles One for Shifting Slower and one for Up Shifting Quicker

Stock Roughhouse improvements Clutch improvements
Stock Clutch Stock clutch springs start engaging at 3500 . Polini Green Springs 4300 rpms Polini Yellow 4800 rpms
Stiffer Springs Needed I Like the Yellows or Greens
NCY Clutch NCY Blues 1000 rpm Spring give same take off range of 4300 as polini greens.
Contra Spring NCY 1000 Spring Contra was too tight I would put it closer to a Malossi Yellow than White . Stock Contra with Malossi Torsion Controller preloading spring closer to a Malossi White . Stock Contra Worked Best No Belt Slip.
I bought the NCY 1500 spring ,That is way more than I will need .
When I add Pipe and Kit Stock Contra Spring will be my first choice for a sport build .
Stiffer contras make variator weights act lighter . So I can tell the Stock Trans would like Lighter Weights .
Torque Driver Stock is dual angle . It helps with stock low power set up to spin you up and then shift. When you get to racier narrower power band builds it can shift you out of the power band .
NCY Has 2 angles The one that is steeper in the picture above all the way to the right . Is the one I prefer for shifting and on again off again throttle response . My second choice would be stock .
So for a better than Stock Feel. Stiffer clutch springs is a must do ( Light or Medium) Lighter Variator weights than 7.5 gram stock is a must do (6.5 grams plus or minus a 1/2 gram) Keep Stock Contra Keep Stock Clutch Keep Stock Bell NCY Torque Driver is optional. You could keep Stock.

Variator Stock vs NCY NCY is 49 grams less This should help it Spinup Faster over Stock Stock Roller weights are 7.5 grams I like Sliders so I am going to start with those at 6.5 Grams . This is how at a glance I make sure sliders are right Just use a different color other than black to point inward

NCY Variator is a must do It shifts a lot better and right to the edge under 2mm Picked up 1-2 mph now pushing past 43
Spent the afternoon tuning the Variator . I use the same stretches of road . I measure what speed it takes to get each of 2 mail boxes . The first one is to hit at a speed above 20 mph and the second one is above 30 mph. The vinos and zuma would push over 20 and 35 . The roughouse is just at 20 and 30 mph . I also have another area I test 0-40 mph . The vinos and zuma's hit 40 by the silos the roughhouse takes twice as far.
Also measure and average top speed both directions.
Stock variator shifted around 6800 rpms and peaked at 8100 -8200 rpms NCY
5.5 gram slider Too light Rpms spin way up and then come down as you accelerate . Spun up fast But No Extra Acceleration Variator shifting at 7600 Peaking at 8500-8600 Wasted Rpms no extra speed . Full Variator Travel
6.5 Gram Slider As Heavy as I would want to be Variator Shifting at 6800 Peaking at 8100-8200 rpms Top speed 43.5 mph
6 gram Sliders Spunkier Take Off Top Speed at 43.5 mph Variator Shifting at 7200 rpms peaking at 8100-8200 rpms

Full Variator Travel On NCY Variator on inner and outer edge This is less than 1 mm . This is with No Shims added to the Stock Drive Boss. The blue mark on the Toothpick is 5mm . On the Stock Variator it was still at 4 mm left on outer edge . Stock Variator 94 mm -8mm left of Travel = 86 mm of Top Gear NCY 89 mm -1mm Left of travel = 88 mm of Top Gear
Here is stock variator same Toothpick marked at 5mm

The NCY Racing Clutch is too tight a fit would have to tap it on and off. Woodini's NCY clutch was smooth on and off so I must have got a bad one . I emailed and have a call out for a Replacement to Scooterworks No response yet they must be on holiday.

A few people have said they had trouble finding pipes for the roughhouse. I think Matt could only find one.

I want to see you experience s6 street but what one you thinking of going for The Stage 6 street looks Sharp on the scoot when its bolted up . I am glad they send plenty of spacers . Had to space the bottom bolt out with 2 spacers. The bracket needs a 2 holes to connect the fender too and extend a slot so that the top bolt can clamp down. I tried to search down the bracket for the PGO Max from overseas by itself No Luck. So I will have to take it to my Buddy's Fab Shop to clean it up. I have seen enough PGO builds pictures online the go to pipe is the GIanelli Go/Wild Lion/Polini Speed Pipe. They all look to bolt right up without extra holes . I have a Scooter Works Street Exhaust on the way to compare too
