Today, I went to Camex motoshop, and brought a new choke assembly for the Malossi 21mm Carb, for handle bar cable. I only took the half round part from the old carb for the choke cable and used it on the assembly. Did tweak the throttle cable too, because the rpm´s were too high. Now Im thinking about tweaking the carb - jets and etc. The bike SETUP: 80cc Malossi cylinder kit, Malossi intake + reed valves, Clutch parts are also Malossi (discs, plates and springs) Exhaust is all the way Gianelli (at least the dealer said so) - I only swapped the rear part of the exhaust to a new one.

Today, I went to the Camex moto shop again and brought main jet No.95. One estonian, who tuned one SX told me to swap the 80 jet to 95. I do not know what crankshaft or crank bearings I have on my bike. This was that guy´s setup, who told me to use main jet No.95: Cyclinder kit: MALOSSI MHR REPLICA 80cc Cranckshaft: MALOSSI MHR RHQ Crank bearings: SKF C4 Gears: front 15 tooth, back 53 tooth Exhaust (full): Gianelli Conti Carbon Main Jet: Dellorto nr.95 Spark plug: NGK BR9ES Carburettor: MALOSSI Dellorto PHBG 21mm KIT Reed Valves: MHR VL6 Intake Manifold: MALOSSI 360 Clutch: MALOSSI

Please start higher than 95. Buy 120, 110, 100 and 90 and test all of those. Determine which one makes it run best and again buy 4 jets. Two bigger and two smaller than the one that gave you the best result. Keep repeating this process. You'll probably have to buy like 8-10 jets. Then move to needle tuning.

Ok, but I have the last week of my vacation right now, after that its hard work until next vacation. I better let somebody else do that.

Nice job. I would love a space like that to work in.👍 Thank U, mate. Until this time, I worked on the floor. And the back was hurting. "No More PAIN!" And I decided to make a welding/working table. That is the reason, why the table has metal plate. Usually work tables ate with wood tops. I might upgrade this table too, by adding wheels and maybe cabinets under there. That only makes the table stronger. Then the table is "The Strongest Avenger!" lol

Yesterday, I went out and brought Some Main jets: 90, 101, 112 and 125. Also I brought Naraku 90-110 main jet kit too. Also, went and brought Trail tech Tachometer. And installed it I was wondering, how many rpm´s should 2T engine have? Mine is running between about 1900 to 2300 (give or take).

Are you sure it's on your two stroke setting? Is should rev to 9, to 10,000rpm.

In Discord, one Estonian scooter Club member said, that 1500rpm idle is GOOD, the lower you can get, the better. If I get the carb tuned to about 1000 rpm when engine is running, then it is perfect

My plan for the next vacations: OPTION A Free Option: Empty the oil tank, remove the hoses, make the carpal oil nipple dark. OPTION B A slightly less free option: the same as the previous one, but I need to replace the throttle cable. At the moment, the Y is running into a carburetor and also to oil pump. It would be correct to remove the one from the oil pump. For this, a new gas cable is needed so that it does not tear itself at the joint. OPTION C Cool option: same as the previous one, but make an additional fuel tank out of the oil tank. Then, I need some hoses and 2 Y fittings to carry the fuel and vacuum (if I want a vacuum, then I need to add a vacuum valve, it sits 1:1 in the oil tank). If I want a faucet, I need a faucet. The cap of the oil tank needs to be made a little bigger (for convenience) and also need to add ventilation to the tank. One hole in the area, put the hose in, seal it with silicone. And the option is either a constantly larger tank or, as a recommendation, I can make a reserve for with a replacement tap that switches around the inflow between main and secondary tank. Oh, I need to do something with the oil pump too. Need to remove it and put something there an plate? 90GTVert Have you done this before, to an 2T bike? do you have a video about that, how to do it all?

Few days ago, I finished (about 95%) building for working too my welding table / workbench. I might build a second table.
This is the part 2 of making that table.

I've tossed many horizontal Minarelli oil injection systems in the trash. No plate or anything fancy required for those. Haven't messed with other types. 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/564/remove-oil-injection-system

Why are you wanting to remove the oil injection? Is it giving you problems. I would personally never remove one on a daily driver just for the convenience it gives you. On a race bike or similar I understand but I’ve ran them on 2 70 zumas & a vino 70 for thousands of miles with no issues. Just use good oil.
