Put the new plug in today didn’t really get a chance to test to much but my temp got up to 344f on the way home from work only a mile and a half.Think im going to look into some sliders or some different rollers.

Wide open might be close to Ok If the temp will hold and level off .
What is your current jetting ? On main and pilot ?
Most soft seizes happen when coming off full throttle runs . So make sure your off wide open throttle positions are rich enough .
One size richer on the pilot jet richens the whole range .

90 main and stock pilot I believe it’s a 38 not a 100% on that.

I would move the clip down two places or add a couple of shims (washers) under the needle to raise it to get the mid range safe . You can always go back one if it’s to rich . Better be safe than sorry.

Better be safe than sorry. I found a little piece of plastic probably about the thickness of a dime to shim it with way to rich now might work if I go down on the main jet.I also took off the cover over the fan I haven’t been over 344F at WOT but can only hold it for around 1/2 a mile around here.

Also been looking at the 6 sigma jet kit thinking it might be worth it to pick one up.

I also would try half the thickness first before I went down on the main jet.

Ok so I got the ncy super trans kit using the ncy clutch bell, stock clutch with polini blue springs and the dio drive boss and the golden variator with 6 and 7 gram roller’s.Stock contra spring also have a really nice 0-30 now and my temps have dropped a good bit most I’ve hit is 301F lately.I have lost some top end though feel more comfortable down jetting now maybe that’ll help on the top?

What RPMs are you running ? Try 1/2 gram heavier weight to see if you get more top end and it will probably bring your temps up a bit.
