A BBK is about the biggest gain in performance for the money. You could try optimising the CVT setup you have. You can get good gains from there. It requires time and lots of trial and error though. If you find that take off is suffering with the new pipe. I would try clutch springs first.

Does better with the pipe and rollers after some tuning but still not what I want think I gonna do some clutch springs first and see how that goes.

The NCY variator is a must do upgrade . It gives noticeably better take off and you will get full belt travel out of it .
The clutch ,clutch bell and secondary torque drivers are a nice upgrade
If you roll slow for 20 feet and then pick up speed you need stiffer clutch springs . I like to have stiff enough clutch springs that I launch with power. I am betting you will like medium or hard springs even better.

Cheapest is just get Springs and the NCY Golden variator . Alot of Bang for 60 bucks
The rest of the NCY kit is not needed the stock Roughouse clutch and bell is good enough . When you go to a higher power higher rpm set up the rest of the kit makes more sense .

A 70 cc is a big up grade up to double the power
I am a malossi sport fan because I can get parts from multiple suppliers and quality is top notch. Cast iron kits are the friendliest to tuning .

I buy my malossi stuff from scootertuning.ca or scooterpartsco.com
I would make a build list and then group purchases for free shipping . I would buy a few g type piston clips the malossi c clips are a challenge to install . Get some up size main jets for stock carb to feed the beast and keep it cool. A temp gauge to protect your hard work.

What is the break in after installing the kit, I don’t see myself doing 300 miles at 25 mph? Also when running a tuned pipe with the 70cc kit what heat range spark plug? Thanks

I use the ride like I stole it method I let it warm up real good every time before riding Then ride it hard up and down the throttle full blast never keeping it longer at one throttle position for more than a half block or so. Each time I take it out I get on it harder and longer . After about 3 -4 tanks of Gas I have put a few hundred miles and I am full go. General Guideline for Heat Range Some of the kits have it in the instructions Cast iron 70 cc Kit run a 8 plug Aluminum Single Ring Run a 9 Plug If the heat range mark on your plug is in the middle of the ground strap you are in the right heat range for a plug. Colder plugs do not make up for bad jetting.
