So far i gotta give Racing Planet USA a big thumbs down  ! Ive been waiting to give feedback on my first order but considering the circumstances im ready. Nothing REAL bad to say... I just dont think they had enough "stock" yet(in house) to open up in the US??...
This is what i sent them this AM after exactly one month since my order.
"Ok, Its been exactly one month since my order and today i finally get half. I received my Stage 6 vari face but not the Stage 6 clutch bell i ordered. Lol, this is becoming a little ridiculous dont you think? Ide love to continue to do bizz with you all but if this keeps up i seriously dont think i will. You said the parts i ordered werent in stock and needed to come from overseas. That fine, ok, i understand. New location in the states and all. Only problem i have with that is, i can order parts from other European location and have them in a week. Less than two anyway.... I wait a month for my order from you at Racing Planet and it comes incomplete!! Oh, and what about that \"special coupon\" i was supposed to receive do to your mistakes at RP??? All BS aside, my race season is getting ready to start. Please get me that bell, or refund my money so i can get it elsewhere.
Thanks so much! Have a great day!
Robert Metzger "
Truth is ide really enjoy doing business with them again. Pretty good deals with free shipping over $100. Just kinda hoping they opened shop a little too soon and things will smooth out soon?.. :dunno:

And this is why I dropped my Euro line. Stock problems? Here, all the good stage6 etc stuff (e.g the racing MKII's) sells out really fast.

www.scootercraft.com redirects to racing planet for me now about y'all? I got a Naraku 100 watt R/R from RP and it had to come from over seas so it took a few weeks. I dont think they have any stock in North America at all it all comes from over there if I am not mistaken.

I got some 10% off coupons (whoowhoow) and a "you seem to have fallen between the cracks". All considering, i think i will wait for them to "stock up" and try another order?.. That or just buy what (if anything) they might have in house.?

At least it seems like once you contacted them they did their best to make it right. Still wouldn't order anything I needed in a hurry.

Yes, they have been very quick with replies and helpful as possible i will give them that with pride. I just think they werent quite ready for business in the US to be honest. "Opened shop before the shelves were up"

Racing Planet has several websites in different countries around Europe, all localized for the specific country. They have .se, .pl, .ch and .de plus forwarders from at least .co.uk and .it, They all seem to connect back to the main German site (occasionally one gets a dialog in German when using a localized site), and it appears everything is shipped from Germany.
So the US site is probably just a localized front for the main German site too.
Personally I have had good experience ordering from them, but that is of course here in Europe.

Thanks for the info Swede I saw the only Naraku catalog they have is in German to I suspected they were in Germany. Yeah they have excellent quality parts but not a source for get-it-fast stuff.

Ive had great luck with other European suppliers shipping to me in the US. As long as RP has this sorted out and i get my parts all be fine. They will just probably end up referenced in the "not in a hurry to get" parts section
