I took her out today ran good going little bit of sputter coming back couldn't hold it full throttle due to nothing but sputter and popping
I have her set up with 1.5k Torque and 1.5k clutch springs with 8g rollers I have a #78 #88 #95 main jet and #30 pilot jet coming hope this will help with the sputter
also I may try lighter weights to see if she will run better after I get the sputter gone

try adjusting your a/f screw.

I have the A/F screw out 2 turns I am not sure if it is getting to much air or not enough if that is the case

I went out an was adjusting the A/F screw come to find out I had a loose wire it was getting fire and then loosing fire
she is running great now thanks for all the help

I do have a gps I need to take her out for a longer ride to get the speeds I am hoping to rider her in to work today which is about 7 miles if the weather don't stop me

ok I finally got a compression tester and checked the compression it is 105 psi not for sure what this needs to be or if I need to get more compression or less

105psi will work, but for a strong runner it's nice to see something closer to 150psi. One thing that sucks is that some gauges don't seal well enough or for some reason never want to read very high. I've had a Snap-On gauge and then I recently bought an Actron. The Actron wouldn't read over about 90psi when the Snap-On was saying 150+. If it's running good, I wouldn't be too concerned.

well I watched a video on checking compression I did not hold the throttle open when checking but I am still getting kickback from the engine and broke another kickstart not the actual kickstart but the gear that kicks out and hits the engine
I have the 100cc kit from ebay well for some reason I mushroomed the top of the valve I put my stock 50cc head on but before I replaced the head didn't have any kickback
