Sorry for the big mess in the garage (I'm parting out a jetta tdi and it takes a lot of space, and makes a big mess in no time) But here's a picture of the engine so far

Very nice! This build is going to be a good one to say it simple. Taking your time and doing it right is already paying off!

I wanted to play safe with brakes without going to the very expensive stage6/brembo stuff. Oversized disc with good condition yamaha oem caliper and well made master cylinder should help. Bearing balls for my steering stem are ordered, but I need them to assemble my forks on the frame (the dude at the machine shop forgot to install 'em and also forgot to give them back.) And I need to find freetime with my friend to take out the old bearings of the gearbox and install new one. And after I find the good fittings for my radiator, it will start. But that's the main things I need before assembling it ( I don't want the crankshaft to rust again).

I'm thinking about something... I'm parting out a car, and there's the climate control/heater radiator that's smaller than my huge ninja radiator. Will this be enough to cool my engine ? I have very limited place for my feets with the Ninja radiator...

Ive seen heater cores used as radiators before, you will have to get a fill/pressure cap though.. Ebay has lots of cheap radiators off the many old MX motorcycles, may be worth a look..

Most of my wiring harness is done (very simpler than I expected) , I need to find time to get the gearbox bearings changed, and to find the correct nut that holds the top steering bearings. Mine is pretty worn ( my Jog was a wrecked bike and this was never changed... bearing balls are new but the nut is worn, as the old bearing balls had flat spots) I hope to get this done this week... and just before Halloween I'll have a full week of free time to work on the scooter and on my ATV. I hope to take a ride before winter

Tell me if I'm right: On my wiring diagram, I see that the battery grounds somewhere (case? frame ?) and that it's connected to the ground circuit. So I wired it like this: On a screw on the frame, I connected: -Ground from battery negative -Ground from regulator and CDI kill switch -Ground to engine case On the positive pole, I've put : -a fuse that goes from the regulator red wire. This connection has two wires, so on this second wire I made a connection to the water pump switch. Regulator is used here because my MVT ignition charges my battery. -From the water pump switch, the wire is connected to the water pump and to the accessory switch. I connected it the way that the water pump needs to be ON to power accessories ( like a speedometer or position tail light, if I need it someday) so if I'm low on battery, I'll be able to close all accessories to keep the power for the pump. I connected a switch from black/white wire from CDI (grounds the ignition) to a switch, then to the regulator's ground to avoid having too much ground connections to the frame (better for troubleshooting if shit happens). On another frame screw, I connected the water pump ground ( I got told they need their own ground connection or they will ''over load'' the other ground circuit). If you see something wrong, please tell me before I try to start it I'm not good at drawing so I haven't made a diagram yet. My English can be a pain to understand sometimes ..
